Step inside to an open floor plan that flows effortlessly between the beautifully appointed kitchen, dining, and living areas. The chef's kitchen features two spacious islands—one with seating for four—ample counter space, and high-end appliances to make meal preparation and entertaining a breeze. There's also a wet bar, perfect for mixing up your favorite cocktails. Enjoy family meals or lively conversations at the round dining table that seats eight. Just beyond, the cozy living room welcomes you with a grand stone fireplace and expansive windows that flood the space with light and frame the most spectacular sunsets over the water.

The main level features two luxurious bedrooms: a serene primary suite with a king bed and spa-like ensuite bathroom, and a queen suite with its own full bath for added privacy and comfort.

Upstairs, soaring cathedral ceilings open to a spacious loft area outfitted with three twin beds and a queen, making it an ideal retreat for younger guests or additional friends and family.

The entertainment continues on the lower level where you'll find a one-of-a-kind bar area and a shuffleboard table for hours of friendly competition. Two more beautifully decorated bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a queen—share a full bathroom, offering plenty of room for your entire group to unwind.

🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (2 PM) and late check-out (12 PM) are available for a $50 fee per request—subject to availability. Please note: this option is not available on holidays.
💍 No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted at Southern Belle.
🐶 Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!

Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.
