GOURMET chefs kitchen & 2 kitchenettes 6 large screen TVs, billiard table, grand Irish bar , elevator, grnd piano, 6 patios, gas fire pit, huge hot tub, gym & sauna. 2 laundry, full art studio, 6100sqft 5bdrms (5w/ king size bds & 1 w/ 2 twins) w/ 6 baths, 150' of balcony, 3 car garage
The first floor is in a U-shape with French doors leading to a grand courtyard. Courtyard boasts two 10 person couches with a 4' gas fire pit in the middle, four tier fountain and offers spectacular city light views. Also offers doors to an enormous deck on the other side with more incredible views. Each wing ends with a full bath and bedroom. The West wing has a sauna and gym/treadmill. The East wing offers two full baths and a master bedroom with huge walk-in closet. Connecting the two wings is a large living area that includes floor to ceiling windows with awe inspiring views, a gourmet kitchen, large bar, skylights, large couch, 70" TV, pool table, grand player piano and a large dining room table.
The second floor offers a bedroom with TV and king size bed, substantial family room with pull down king size comfortable murphy bed, full kitchenette with everything you need to prepare any meal, along with dining room table. Family room boasts comfortable 6 person reclining couch. Full size shuffle board table, professional dart board, putt return, indoor corn hole, 75" TV fully equipped with every Wii game imaginable. Enter large foyer that has a second private entrance.
The third floor has a walk in shower, soaking tub, front and back balconies and a spectacular view throughout especially from the king size bed.

We hosted an intimate training experience for three out-of-state nonprofit leaders and truly enjoyed the cozy environment of the home. This property certainly has numerous "wow" factors that made our stay memorable. Our leaders appreciated the spaciousness of their bedroom suites (3rd floor views are unparalleled!), and my team loved having a well-stocked kitchen, numerous outdoor spaces, and accessible amenities. The location is ideal in terms of being remote enough for a true "Colorado mountain retreat vibe", but near enough to make for easy airport transfer and grocery/meal delivery. Big thanks to Annie for her quick and consistent communication before/during/after our stay!

Red Rocks concert

A group of 7 adults stayed in this fabulous home for a weekend of relaxation and a concert at Red Rocks. The house was perfect for our group. All the bedrooms were were in their own secluded part of the house so everyone had pleny of space to be on their own. The ourdoor spaces were nicely furnished with plenty of seating to take in the beutiful views.All beds were comfy and the house had everything needed for a relaxing weekend. Cant wait to go back.

Wide Open Property to Relax in the Rockies

Wonderful property to get together with friends and family with beautiful views of the Colorado Skyline. Plenty of room to spread out and easy access to hiking trails. Super close to Red Rocks

GREAT Place - GREAT Host

We loved this house. It's perfect for multiple (at least four) couples or families. Everyone gets their own space with everything they need. Huge common area for everyone to hang out together. Awesome views and great hosts. I've stayed at lots of VRBO's. This one is as good as any we've been to.

Sprawling house with nice outdoor seating and views for a price!

Arrived after dark and entry into the 1960's era house was a bit confusing. Elevator was inoperable and it was a hunt to find stairs to access upper floors. Property mgr. did not respond to our questions until after midnight. No gas for outside fire pit. Saturday and Sunday visitors was kind of off-putting and a 10 a.m. check out was a bit harsh. All agreed we wouldn't stay here again at current total rental costs.

Mountain Top @ Red Rocks

Great location for our family visit with trips planned to Denver (baseball), hiking, Fort Collins (brewery visits), Golden, Boulder and a concert at Red Rocks. Enjoyed the windy climb back up to the house each time. Plenty of room for our group of 6 with bedrooms to spare. Central kitchen and bar area made for an excellent meeting place.

Wow! Beautiful home and location. Great views from every patio and deck. Host provided everything we asked and was very knowledgeable about the area and local events. Entire home was spotless and well stocked. Could not have asked for a better experience. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you for a great vacation

Wonderfully Awful

This trip was a wonderful tragedy, no other way to put it. Here are the bullets on the trip, facts stated, you can make the decision to rent or not. Italic or “ “ are direct quotes. One person in the group came home COVERED with 40% of their body in rash/bites. It was vicious and advised by a doctor that it was bed bugs. The person went from their home (no issues) to this house, then back home, and was covered. We advised the host/owner about the issue immediately and sent graphic photos showing the bites. The initial response from “Steve” was this exactly: (from text) “our guess is it did not come from our place as we of course checked for bedbugs before we opened as short term rental companies always suggest…. ” “You can get bedbugs from Rent-A-Cars from airplanes and from several other places. I’m happy to send you the articles if you’d like or you could Google that.” Conclusion: We travel monthly to places so staying in a hotel bed is not uncommon yet this is the FIRST TIME EVER that her body has had this happen. Could the airplane that the other girls sat right next to her in seats and had no bites be the culprit? I guess. At the end of the day the group traveled together to VRBO house, one girl in one bed gets bite marks on 40% of her body, is in severe pain, a doctor visit and a prescription to resolve it. We asked directly what their resolution would be, nothing. The Owner did say: “This has been very time-consuming for us as I’m sure it has been for you"
