Great Downtown Tampa Stay

Great downtown location. 5-10 minute walk to Convention Center, Amalie Arena, Aquarium, Riverwalk, restaurants. Set up works well for two individuals or two couples. Modern unit, clean, comfortable, had everything needed for our stay. Theresa was very responsive and gave wonderful suggestions. When back in Tampa would stay there again!

Amazing spot, great location

My family and I had a great stay here. The location was convenient for walking around the downtown area with great restaurants just across the street. I felt safe on my early AM runs and it was lovely to run along the water. Highly recommend as the hosts were kind and helpful.

Amazing Stay!

My family adored the building, the condo, the location and of course working with Theresa. Everything was thought out to a tee!! And she was so caring, thinking of our little ones first and their safety, super sweet!! :-) And the place itself, wow! Amazing views, very clean and spacious, everything and more from what the pics show. I recommend big time when in the Channelside area. Thanks!

Beautiful condo

Our stay at Harbor Island was nice. It was perfect for the couple of days we were spending in downtown Tampa. And it’s in a perfect location if you do not have a vehicle. It’s located within walking distance from quite a few different popular locations in the city. I took a star off my review because the image associated with the listing seemed a little misleading (I thought it was a view from the condo itself) and the check in process was a little more cumbersome since we had to physically meet the host to get a key. However, the hosts were very nice and very responsive when we had a question. And the beds were very comfortable!

Beautiful Business Trip

The property was a gorgeous brand new 2 bedroom luxury apartment perfectly located near work and play. Beautifully apportioned with everything one would need to enjoy a relaxing environment from which to easily walk to our event at the Tampa Convention Center and all the local restaurants close to Harbor Island. Our hosts Steve and Theresa were superb and provided great communication and personal attention throughout the stay. Would definitely plan to stay again at the property when visiting Tampa.
