We love staying at KAHA LANI. This is our second time staying. The location is perfectly secluded and still beach front. The floor to ceiling windows brings in the wonderful ocean breeze. We will be coming back to this place! Mahalo for your hospitality!

A Nice Ocean view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Number 311 was good. Everything we needed for a stay was there. The views from the lanai were amazing! There was another block of condos to the side of our view, but not enough to block the beauty of the ocean. While we had everything we needed, the condo needs some repairs and updating to make it truly comfortable. Example: peeling and chipped paint, ripped and rusted curtains, rusted knives, old faded pictures and worn furniture. It was like staying at an older relatives house that is quite dated. Unfortunately, it makes you question how clean everything is just because it is so worn. After reading a number of reviews about the complex and other units, we realized how blessed we were for what we had! Last year we stayed in a unit that was like staying in a luxury hotel. This year, we appreciated the location and all that was provided, but see that it is due for some serious upgrades. It has amazing potential that is not realized.

Great Location!

Loved the location. We love the beach so was close to many different beaches for swimming on the East and South of the island. So many great restaurants within a couple miles. Would definitely recommend a rental car if going anywhere. Condo was clean and as described. Management co. was responsive to questions and accommodating. Appliances worked great and laundry was convenient in the next building.

Wonderful place

Apartment is very comfortable, room, kitchen, dining room are big enough, but what Is amazing Is the ocean view from the terrace and the possibility to have breakfast/lunch or dinner on the terrace looking at the sea.... Highly suggested

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay!! Loved snorkeling at Lydgate Park. So calmAnd easy swimming. We rented bikes from /. They delivered them right to the resort and were just so nice!! We weren’t huge fans of Poipu beach (so rocky and the most crowded place) and actually preferred the north island beaches and Hanalei Bay! The resort was great! So peaceful, and even though there were people there we often felt like we had the place to ourselves. Pool is great! Beach was a little rough right in front of resort but so beautiful and we could play in the waves there. Steve the security guard was so sweet and gave us some restaurant recommendations! Can not beat the view! It was amazing. We also did the Secret Falls Kayak/Hike with Kayak Kauai and it was amazing! Great service, great tour guide and the waterfall is magical! We did the fire show at the Hilton. Great food, fun show but probably not as spectacular as some of the other luau shows. Such a great trip and great resort! Central and an easy drive to almost anywhere on the island. Unit had everything we needed. Breezes were so nice, great view of course!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good experience with great location. The only down side is the very early morning call by the roosters around the premises. No extra paper towels, shampoo, and bath soap. Sofa bed is terribly old and hard to sleep on (it's time to replace sofa/futon).

Location of property is great. Walk across grounds to beach and 5 minute walk to Lydgate Beach Park. Location along the highway is easy to go north or south, and is only 5 to 10 minutes from the airport. If there is any constructive criticism to offer, it is that the green couch needs to be replaced. It is old and not at all comfortable seating. The tv stand is also a bit awkward, in that there are front posts that block part of the tv screen unless someone is sitting directly in front of the tv, i.e. on the green couch. And, in the kitchen the knives need sharpening. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and we would return to Kaha Lani Resort, but perhaps a different unit.

The view from the balcony looks exactly the same as on the picture on the website.The appartment was clean and well equipped. The property is absolutely well kept, the pool was clean and every evening the torches around the pool were lit - wonderful! The beach is really nice, too and mostly empty. The central location on the island makes trips to the north and to the south easy. Lots of restaurants and food trucks in Kaapa and 15 minutes drive to Lihue.
