The space
The apartment is a very charming and comfortable quiet space to come home to after a day of golfing at the Charlie Yates Course, work, or from sight-seeing the great City of Atlanta. It is fully furnished with a wrap around porch with beautiful outdoor furniture, art, books, cookware, outside grills and a beautiful pool with a lap lane for swimming also with a high speed mesh network along with YouTube TV and your favorite channels. The pool is not heated and spa is a beautiful water feature not heated. Security lights and cameras for your safety.
Guest access
There is a private entrance to your own one bedroom apartment just off the huge wrap-around front porch with outdoor dining, grilling, and seating areas. The swimming pool is available year round not heated, Washer and dryer are located in secure basement where you can store your bikes, and is only shared with one other apartment. Off-Street parking, includes security cameras and outdoor lighting available in the rear of the home. Then you walk to the front porch to access the private apartment.

This is a historic home so you will see lots of historic charm with manicured lawns and beautiful flowering plants surrounding the entire estate.

The huge backyard is entirely fenced in for your pets safety, running and playing with supervision.

Your unit is cool in the summer and warm in the winter with outdoor dining year round with tables and comfortable chairs for up to 10 guest.

The trash bins are beside the street behind the rose bush, the Green on is for regular trash and blue one for recycling put your trash in by Wednesday evening and pick up will be on Thursdays

The washer and dryer are by the pool behind the large barn looking door you will find detergent in your apartment. Dishwasher detergent as well.
