Mexican-style central 2 Bedrooms Condo with private terrace, large pool, dedicated parking, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV.
This 2BD/2BR apartment (1 king, 3 twins) has a SmartTV, washer and, full kitchen and a nice private terrace just off the living room. You can enjoy the beautiful pool in the courtyard.
Very central, close to 5th (literally 2 mins walking distance), restaurants, grocery store and fresh markets! Amazing location!
This 2BR condo is very centrally located, easy to walk everywhere. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom and full closet. The second bedroom has 3 twin beds, with its private bathroom too: ideal if you have children! There is a washing machine, fully outfitted kitchen and a nice pool in the courtyard. Private and secure, this unit is only a 2 blocks away from the beach and famous 5th ave!
Located on 15 Ave. and between Calle 14 bis and 16, this unit is only 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the famous 5th ave, a block from the market and grocery store and very centrally located.

We will provide tips that will greatly reduce usage, if followed. A photo will be taken on checkin and checkout dates. ***
MONTHLY RENTERS are responsible to pay 100% of their electricity (to take advantage of our "discounted monthly" pricing (the price that shows when you choose more than 28 nights). 5 pesos per kw. We require a larger deposit for monthly renters, this money will be used to pay the electricity at the end of the month/stay. Any balance is returned to the guest.

Varför värden valde detta boende
This location is probably the best in Playa del Carmen. Some feet away from the 5th Avenue and the beach, but without the inconvenient of the noise!
