Denna magnifika semesterboende har kakel golv i hela hemmet med laminatgolv i alla sovrum som består 2 Master sovrum, ett med kung Master bedroom med eget badrum Garden Spa badkar och 2 sovrum drottning säng och badrum samt. Den 3: e och 4: e sovrum båda har 2 enkelsängar vardera. Hemmet ingår också gratis höghastighets Turbo WiFi och gratis samtal till alla USA, Kanada, Hawaii och Puerto Rico. Disappointed

I really want to give this trip a 10. The house was perfect for us. The owner was responsive. But the pool was dirty with algae and could not be used our entire stay. This incurred some thinking since the point of the trip was family relaxing time, celebrating a 16th birthday and not running around. We were not prepared and since we were not planning any beach days we had to buy chairs, a cooler, beach towels and travel over an hour to the beach otherwise we would just be staring at one another. So for that i give the pool a “1” but the house a “10”.

Great Place & Location

This property is a great place to stay for families. It is well maintained and the pool area was really nice. The neighborhood is quiet and it's only minutes away from the parks. We would definitely stay here again when in Orlando.

Ideal location for getting to Disney theme parks. Accommodation was lovely and very clean. Pool was perfect temperature. Lisa was on hand to answer any question via VRBO app and very quick with responses. Great holiday, thank you

Very nice

We enjoyed the house. It was just as advertised. We did have a small issue getting in when we first got there but Lisa was quick to respond and help us out. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Perfect place!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was clean and everything we needed was there. It was the perfect size for all of us. The location was excellent. It never took more than 15 minutes to get to the parks. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Disney.

Happy Visitor

The location was very good, all necessities and restaurants were bearby snd easy to get to. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 young boys. The playroom was also a big plus.

Family holiday

We had great communication with Lisa, from the arrival to Orlando it was easy to get in touch with Lisa, very quick to help with a couple things that we just hadn’t read properly. We unfortunately were there during storm Milton and Lisa couldn’t have been more helpful when our flights were cancelled and cancelled again. The property is situated in a great spot for doing both Disney and universal, it is in a very quiet neighbourhood. The villa is laid out perfectly and all on one level makes it easy for all. The pool is a great size for older kids aswell as young and my 13yr basically lived in it on our down days. Nothing was too much trouble and villa had everything we needed. Great host and vill.

Great family property

The property was great for all seven of us we had 4 bedrooms with three bathrooms a large lounge area with a kitchen/ dining area off of it. The games room in the garage was a bonus for the boys ! We also loved the pool & area mainly as we had glorious weather so most mornings & evenings we spent outside by the pool. The accommodation is well equipped & we would highly recommended staying there. It is also very easy to get to the Disney parks if you have a car, also Walmart is close by if you wanted to get any shopping. Lisa the landlady is always easy to contact should you need to.

We had to be down there for cheer I wanted to make sure I had a secure and safe spot for my family and it was just that. They worked with me so I could afford it and managed it to where we could have it and it all worked out.. for both sides I enjoyed my stay and time

Best Place Ever!!!

This place was beautiful, convenient, comfortable, and all-around an amazing place to stay. We had so much fun lounging around and enjoying the amenities that were offered. The only (small) complaint is the listing of a hot tub and grill. The hot tub is really just a large bathtub and the grill was a George Foreman grill. No big deal - it didn’t ruin our trip - just wasn’t super accurate is all. Stay here and you will be massively happy!!

Definitely coming back!

Since the booking process Lisa was super professional, kind and very nice. Quick response and easy to talk with. The house is beautiful. Pics don't do any justice. It has everything we needed from the kitchen to the pool. Grocery stores are super close and parks 10- 20 min away. Subdivision is quiet and easy to get to it. No gates with codes or anything. Definitely looking forward to repeat the experience. Thank you Lisa!

Wonderful family vacation

Property was as advertised. The owner Lisa was wonderful to deal with and very quick to answer my questions. The house was clean and roomy. We loved the pool. Air conditioning was controlled by Property management and was set warmer than we like but fans are provided and we were comfortable using those. We will use this vacation property again.

Great house

The property itself was very nice and clean, and owner was very responsive. Only down-side is the traffic in the area of the 192. Hardly the fault of the owner, but just be aware that getting in and out can at times take 10-15 minutes just getting through traffic lights due to how busy that area has become. Otherwise a great stay.

Very nice

House was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint was iron did not work and ironing board was small. We had to go buy one but overall experience was great.

Disappointed

Upon arrival late Friday night everything seemed ok. We noticed that night the pool had no water circualtion and had an oily slick on top.of the water with lots of bugs, leaves and dirt. I tried using the pool net to skim but the net had a hole. We called the property management which responded that the pool company had been out. Then the next day we had no air conditioning which required another phone call. We spent the day at Disney and received notice that the problem had been fixed due to the internet was out. The next night we noticed the thermostat was set remotely at 77 but had been set at 75 previously. We tried to lower to 75 but always was reset to 77. We did use the fan boxes provided at night which we needed. There were geckos in multiple rooms including the kitchen. We also noticed there was a distinct mildewy odor in the house from.the time we first walked in and everytime we came back to the house. The odor followed us home and lingered on our belongings. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work and we bought our own ice. For the most part, my wife and I were gone most of the day at Disney and we ate out. We did not use any dishes or glasses and we did not cook in the kitchen. Overall, the house is nice but needs some major upkeep and cleanup both outside and inside We have stayed at multiple houses in Kissimmee over the years and never had this experience anywhere else. No house is perfect, but we would not book a reservation at this house again.
