VÀlkommen till Sunset Palms! BelÀget bara fyra miles frÄn Disney och de andra stora temaparkerna. Strax utanför den populÀra Highway 192 och alla dess restauranger och aktiviteter.
VÄr nyrenoverade pool (2014) Àr söderlÀge och har sol frÄn morgon till solnedgÄng. Det backar upp pÄ ett damm och vackra bevarandeomrÄden - mycket privat och en fantastisk kÀnsla av att vara borta frÄn allt.
Huset Àr inrett i kvalitetsinredning. Vi stannar i huset ett par mÄnader varje Är sjÀlva och försöker hÄlla det underhÄllet som om det var vÄrt första hem.

Great host, very easy to communicate with and the villa was just lovely. Great clean living areas and the back pool area is quite special with the conservation area behind it, made it feel very private. Highly recommend and would stay again if we visit Orlando again.

Great and clean property, ideally located a short drive from all the parks and restaurants. This was our second visit to this holiday rental, and wouldn't hesitate in going back again. Communication with the host was great.

Excellent villa for a large family. This villa has everything you need to make the most out of your trip. 10 mins away from the Disney parks and 30 from universal. Pool area great with a large gas BBQ which is great for pool days which come in handy for the hectic trip. All in all a this villa has it from location to equipment you need

Loved the house!

Super easy check in. The house was perfect. Game room offered for the kids. I even seen a game system with plenty of games. The pool area was super clean. Floatation devices offered. Alarm goes off loudly when the pool sliding glass doors are opened. Lock that is placed about 5 feet up. If you have littles... this is great! Completely fenced in no bugs bothering as you enjoy the pool area. Best part of our 4 day stay was the home itself! Says alot when we even took the kids to Epic Universe while there. Definitely recommend!

This was our fourth stay at Andrew’s Villa, and once again, it did not disappoint. The location is incredibly convenient—close to Disney and all essential amenities.The villa is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The pool is a perfect spot to unwind, and the view of the surrounding wildlife is always peaceful and therapeutic.Communication with Andrew has consistently been excellent—friendly, prompt, and professional. Wonderful vacation getaway

We were pleased to find the house very clean and the decor has been nicely updated. The king bed in the master bedroom is comfortable, as is the theatre seating in the living room. The pond and the wildlife in the surrounding conservation area was something we looked forward to viewing every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice house and swimmingpool

Nice house and swimming pool. Area that we have visited many times is well maintained and with good shopping opportunities nearby. Returned home planned the day before the storm "Milton" and we hope the area avoided destruction.

Great house, comfortable, spacious, lovely pool and quiet location, but near to Disney.

We have a fabulous time here. The house was well equipped, comfy and clean, ideal for our family. We loved the swimming pool and the view beyond. Ideally situated for Disney, restaurants and supermarket. If we return to Florida we would definitely want to stay here again.

2.5 weeks in a lovely home

After the comms and arriving in Orlando we went to the home, was easy to get in following the instructions and everything we wanted was there. Just needed to fill the fridge, sort out who is in what room and away we went. Pool is great and location is great. Great holiday thank you

Great Place!

We loved every minute of being at the house! It was close to everything and very comfortable. We chose to stay at a house instead of a resort this trip because we wanted some privacy for our large group and peaceful times so we could sleep when we wanted. This house was the answer! Would love to book here again!

Nightmare

The first night at property our rental vehicle got towed for being to close to side walk. Come to find out that the HOA is in cahoots with the tow company. Management said “it was our problem”. Once in a lifetime trip to Disney ruined! Jacuzzi tub had mold coming out the jets! Some appliances didn’t work! So disappointing.

So many houses in the area look onto each other and offer zero privacy. This gorgeous villa, not only offers considerably more privacy, but the conservation views are so unique for the area, it was the perfect choice for our family.

So close to the parks and husle and busle of Hwy 192, yet beautiful tranquility at the same time - our unique conservation lands to the back of the property, including small natural pond, provide the very best of both worlds.
