This apartment is conveniently located near Fair Park, Deep Ellum, Baylor Hospital, Lower Greenville, Uptown, the AAC, Downtown, and all that Dallas has to offer. Established in the 1960s, the building sits in a charming historic neighborhood. Expect original foundation and layout. As a special thank-you, we include complimentary admission to the award-winning Dallas Arboretum. Scroll down for details and start planning your stay.
If you are bringing a furry friend there is a $50 non-refundable pet fee that is requested the day of your checkin. This fee helps us keep Airbnb's hosting standards and cleaning protocols.

Also, our apartments are serviced on a regular basis for pest control. However, we are located in the great state of Texas, and as guests enter and exit the apartment or building bugs can come in from the outside, this doesn't happen often, but want our guests to be aware.
We give our guests their space but are available primarily through the platform's messaging and also by phone if needed.
