This home enjoys a great location in Sunriver, only half a mile from Fort Rock Park's picnic areas, playground, and courts for tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball. Within a two-mile drive or bike ride, you'll find both the Woodlands and Meadows Golf Courses. And SHARC - with its indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy river, waterslides, and sports facilities - is only one mile south.

This home is the best of two worlds, offering all the ambience of a mountain cabin with polished updates throughout. There's central air to keep you cool in summer, a wood-burning fireplace (with logs provided) to curl up next to in winter, and a hot tub for nightly stargazing all year round.

Enjoy an elegant kitchen with upscale appliances, a live-edge dining table for special family meals, and plush seating in the living room for movie and game nights. On warm summer evenings, set out appetizers on the breakfast bar, barbecue on the gas grill, and gather around the picnic table for dinner at sunset. When it's time to turn in, let the TVs in the bedrooms lull you to sleep as the day's clothes spin in the stacked washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
