Sands Villa 519 is a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Fifth Floor Oceanfront Condo in the Sands Villa Community which is nestled between the ocean and the sound offering a quiet haven surrounded by enduring natural coastal beauty.
Being located on the top floor of the Sands Villa complex, you are provided with unique views that are breathtaking and stand above the rest. This condo has a nice sized dining room, fully stocked kitchen, living room with ample seating and a flat screen TV, balcony access.
Total Bedding: 1 King, 1 Double/Twin Bunk with Twin Trundle
Amenities: 2 Flat Screen TVs, Washer/Dryer, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Private Balcony with Furniture.
Overlooking private beaches, the Sands Villa Community offers beautifully appointed two and three bedroom condominiums, each complete with washer/dryer and walk-in shower. Play tennis on their lighted courts then arrange a tee time for you at one you their 12 nearby golf courses. Relax in an indoor or outdoor pool and hot tub. The tranquility of our historic seaport towns and this private community will carry you back to a time when life was simple and the ocean was the origin of both livelihood and lifestyle.
Complex Amenities: Elevators in all buildings Outdoor, Electric Vehicle Charging Stations, Designated Parking Spaces (passes provided with your Check-In Packet, 2 cars max), Oceanfront Outdoor Pool (open Easter - Labor Day), Indoor Heated Pool and Hot Tub (open year-round), Lighted Tennis Courts, Basketball Court, Exercise Room, Playground Area, The Resort Grill Restaurant (open for Breakfast and Lunch year-round; closed on Wednesdays); Grilling Area, Outdoor Guest Bathrooms, and Oceanfront Courtyard.
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.
No Smoking.
No Pets.
Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Companyâs Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
