Very hospitable host. Great wifi, hot water, games/DVDs, lots of local info. 1 block to beach. Walked everywhere. Laundry available but did not use.

This was the cutest cottage! I chose Tybee Island to surprise my husband with for our 1st anniversary. This is my first booking and stay with VRBO and I am beyond impressed with how easy the process was. Now about this cottage! The towels were supremely thick and soft, perfect! The kitchen had all the essentials needed. The hot water was superb! It was so quiet! I cannot speak on how peaceful and quiet our stay was! We don’t know the cute kitty’s name but we became quick friends! He was a precious little touch! I will absolutely stay again!! Thank you so much for helping us make this a wonderful first anniversary!

The property was clean, colorful, and convenient! Gus was a great source of local recommendations for places to visit and eat. We loved the furry friends that liked to hang around the yard and greet us whenever we were walking back from the beach. Can’t imagine a better place to stay for a weekend jaunt to the beach!

The rental was exactly as described. The location was great. A block from the beach, grocery was around the corner and several restaurants within walking distance. Gus is a great host. This was our 2nd visit, and it won't be our last.

Very cozy, clean cottage. Comfortable accommodations, including a well-stocked coffee bar. Everything was well within walking distance. Gus was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

The property is exactly as the pictures. It was great being a block away from beach access and only a 10 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful Stay on Tybee @ Cole Cottage

We loved staying at Cole Cottage! Gus was a friendly and helpful host. The cottage was clean and very comfortable. We loved its close proximity to the Beach and the grocery store! Thanks for a great get away! We will certainly be back and will recommend this property to friends and family!

Wonderful Tybee Island Retreat

Mother/daughter getaway

My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful stay here! As others have mentioned, the location is perfect--very walkable to the beach and restaurants/shopping. The local grocery store is on the same block. The cottage was perfect and exactly what we wanted for our stay. Thank you for hosting us!

Good stay near the beach

CC2-Creating Memories You will Long Remember.

The place was just perfect for the 2 of us spending the week on this wonderful island. Such a cute, quant & relaxing place to Celebrate our 30th yr Anniversary week here. Gus is an exceptional host-had everything we could want or need. Location is within a few short blocks of the DT area with wonderful restaurants, shops & the beach access to watch the sunrise is a short walk. The people are so nice & welcoming. Again it was Perfect in every aspect & we Love everything about it

Best Location for a Sunrise

This was the perfect location for getting to the beach, which is what I wanted! Gus' property was a 5 minute walk on the East side of the island - the sunrises were spectacular!! Back at the place it was quiet and the smell of jasmine with the warm breeze while sitting on the patio and reading a book was heavenly. Just the solitude I wanted. Gus was wonderful to talk with as well. A very nice experience overall!
