Nice apartment with great porch

I stayed for a week to attend a conference at the convention center. The apartment was in a perfect location for that. It was also very comfortable and, most importantly, had an amazing porch that is very large and private. Looking down on the river valley from the 17th floor porch is really a great experience, and I spent many hours out there. From this apartment it is a 10-15 min walk to the main street that goes through downtown. If you walk down into the river basin there are miles of trails along the river. I wish I could have stayed longer.

We had a great stay! Loved the outdoor space on the balcony. Great communication with owner. Heated underground parking, pool, hot tub, billiards table, sauna, weight/ exercise room was a great bonus to our stay. The building is also pet friendly. About a 20 minute walk to Roger’s Place ( first 5 where up a step hill but if able bodied totally doable) The condo is nice and clean. Well stocked with kitchen supplies also.

Incredible downtown location

If you need to stay in downtown Edmonton, this is a terrific option. Pool, gym, large balconies, your own kitchen, living room and dining area for the same price as a hotel room!

Great location downtown

I enjoyed my stay, great location and Steve is a great host. Really pretty sunsets from the large deck/windows (was winter so from inside), and condo has lots of extra stuff for travelers! Safe/secure underground parking as well. I would stay again!

This was the second time I’ve stayed at Steve’s condo downtown, it’s in a great location near the river valley. Met up with some friends to see a Riverhawks ball game and was able to walk from this location. Pool and balcony are awesome!! I will stay again for sure!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this great Downtown condo. Steve welcomed us and took time to showed us around the condo building and the, great pool, hot tub and gym. Really convenient location and nice condo. Would stay there again.

We like to travel a bit ourselves and like to stay in suites where we are self sufficient but have the option of feeling like we are in a hotel. Like to go grocery shopping, pick up what we like and have the option of going to the fridge to get what we want and not have to go out or order in. Thought that would be a great idea for others coming to stay in this great city. Born and raised here. There is always something to do in edmonton, from the year round festivals to regular sites to go and see and shopping rivalling the most major destinations in north america. If that interests you check out some of these sites.

Location, fabulous building, fitness centre, indoor swimming pool, huge private balcony.

Great views, very relaxing. Close to so much. Victoria Golf Course, Galagher Park, Edmonton Ski club ski hill just moments away. So much more. Travel tours to Jasper also available. Many attraction and amenities brochures are in the suite for your consideration.
