Summer Winds B-601 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath Penthouse Oceanfront condo. The penthouse suite is a private key access floor giving you lots of privacy while on vacation! RELAX and take in breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from the covered and uncovered oceanfront balcony. Master bedroom #1 has a King Bed with a Private Bath, Flat Screen TV, and BluRay Player. Bedroom #2 has a King Bed with a shared Bath and a TV. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed with a shared bath and a TV. Full Kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stand-alone ice maker. The spacious Living Room has a Color Cable TV and BluRay DVD Player.
Additional Amenities Include 2 TVs, 2 BluRay DVD Players, Water Treatment System, Outdoor Decks, Deck Furniture, Coffee Maker, Built-in Range Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, Icemaker, Keurig, and Dishwasher.
Recent Kitchen Updates include new cabinets, new tile floors, and new lighting.
Recent Bathroom Updates include new vanities, new cabinets, new mirrors, and new fans.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
