Summer Winds B-342 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, third-floor oceanfront condo with an amazing view of the ocean without leaving the condo! This condo has a large open living area with a Smart TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 Twin over Twin Bunk Bed.
Welcome to Summer Winds Sports Condo Complex located in the quaint fishing village of Salter Path (beside Emerald Isle). Summer Winds condos are guaranteed to meet the needs of all members of your party! Summer Winds happily provides only the best views with exclusively oceanfront condos!
-3 large outdoor saltwater swimming pools.
-Lighted tennis courts.
-Indoor and outdoor hot tubs.
-Conference facilities for up to 150 people
-2 Racquetball courts.
-Lounge with refreshments.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Companyâs Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
