Welcome to Summer Winds Condo Complex located in the quaint fishing village of Salter Path (next to Emerald Isle). Summer Winds condos can meet the needs of all members in your party! Summer Winds has both direct oceanfront & oceanfront condos only!

Ground level spacious conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings or family gatherings. C-227 is an Oceanfront, 4-Bedroom, 2.5-Bath Condo on the 2nd floor. This condo boasts great views of the pool & ocean! Living Area is nicely decorated and offers a relaxing and comfortable area. Enjoy the large Flat Screen TV with DVD Player. There is a covered deck with deck furniture facing the ocean. Step out and view the beautiful sunrise come up over the Atlantic Ocean and enjoy a cup of coffee. The dining area boasts a nice snack bar while providing ample seating for a sit-down dinner. Fully equipped kitchen/bar area with refrigerator, dishwasher, & microwave. Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Bunk Beds. 2 Color Cable TVÂĄs, Indoor Stereo System. Deck with Furniture. Washer/Dryer.
NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
