Peace, love, and sandy feet: Summer Winds A-417 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fourth-floor oceanfront condo in gorgeous Salter Path! The living area has a TV and a private balcony with ocean views. You will also find a cozy dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen/bar area. Master bedroom #1 has a king bed and its own private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with access to the full hall bath. Bedroom #3 has a double/twin bunk with access to the full hall bath.
Welcome to Summer Winds Sports Condo Complex located in the quaint fishing village of Salter Path (beside Emerald Isle). Summer Winds condos are guaranteed to meet the needs of all members of your party! Summer Winds happily provides only the best views with exclusively oceanfront condos!

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.
Linens and towels provided (weekly stays only).
Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay (off-season only).
No Smoking. No Pets.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Companyâs Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
