Located in a secluded and private setting, you will be able to retreat and relax in this luxurious home while enjoying nature at its finest! Enjoy beautiful sunrises and a romantic moon rise as you sip a glass of Finger Lakes wine while sitting on one of 2 patios. If privacy is your pleasure, this home has been built far off the road on a private 16 acre setting! Unplug and reconnect while strolling the nature trails. When the spectacular sunsets fade cozy in by the fire at one of the 2 fire pits to make smores and enjoy the dazzling stars at night. Minutes from Onanda park for swimming and a marina for boating. Truly soak in all the Finger Lakes has to offer with being minutes away from Bristol Mountain skiing, golf, wineries, CMAC and festivals.

The gorgeous great room has a wood burning fireplace, two story cathedral ceilings, walls of windows and double doors leading to the expansive deck. Gorgeous granite countertops, an 8’ butcher block island with sink for preparing meals, 48" DCS double oven and range w/griddle, Subzero fridge, and quality custom cherry cabinetry. The dining table is large enough to accommodate 12 guests while enjoying the natural light filled luxury home or step out and enjoy the outdoors on the large deck. Here you will find a propane firepit to provide romance and ambiance as you dine and take in the beautiful views and serenity of nature. The expansive trex deck features a sitting area in addition to the dining table large enough to seat 12 guests. The glass railings provide an unobstructed view of your secluded paradise. The gourmet grill will satisfy any grill master in your family.

Retreat upstairs to the large landing that not only overlooks the great room below, but has views of the tranquil setting. The fabulous main suite boasts a king size bed, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. There are 2 private bedrooms and a full bathroom in addition to the main suite.

The lower level features a bedroom with queen bed, pull-out sleeper sofa, full bath, gym, a special “kids camp”and double door private entrance that leads out to a patio and 7 person hot tub. The patio will be a favorite spot to enjoy a glass of wine while the conversation flows or rest on the lounge chairs with your favorite book.

The driveway has ample parking for 6 vehicles.

The beautiful 16 acres has trails for you to roam and enjoy the serenity this special retreat provides. You can visit our farm, just 3 minutes down the road for your own personal farm tour and private hiking trails.

We have partnered with a local wine tour company to offer discounted wine tours and transportation for our guests.

Bristol Mountain Ski Resort is just minutes away! Other things to note
All wheel drive or 4 wheel drive is necessary to access the property during the snowy or wet seasons, typically November-April.

We do not allow media productions of any kind at our property without proper licensing and release.
Although we encourage guests to take personal photos to document their time with us, we do not allow any photo/film/sound productions.
Commercial, editorial, documentary, and film/tv are required to pay pre negotiated industry standard rates and require a proper location release. A minimum $3,500 per day will be charged if arrangements are not made prior to booking.
