This place is in a great location. We were able to walk to different restaurants and it's near Rotary Community Park. We took a sunset boat tour which starts near this home. The kitchen was stocked which we really appreciated. Thank you!

The pool and hot tubs were great. We used the community grill for cooking dinner. The view from the patio was lovely. We enjoyed that we could walk up to the bridge area and walking trails were real close. Everything we needed for cooking was perfect. Thank you

We loved the location, the view and the amenities. The condo had everything we needed, we thank you for that!! We hope to book again next year! My only concern was the carpet was damp and dirty so we bought rugs.Thanks again.

We all really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean. We will definitely keep this place in mind next summer. The pool is very clean! They have two grills outside that was perfect! The view in the front and back of the unit is beautiful! The balcony was perfect for our firework view!

Enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Great views of lake and golf course. Everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Comfortable beds too. However weak internet connection. Over all, we will return.

Nice location for walking.

To our knowledge we were not given a gate code. I had to flag down a local person to get code. There is a sign that says to text for a parking pass, never got a response. The place has great view and is quiet. The carpets are pretty dirty and the internet bandwidth is really slow. I would say overall it is a good value

Morning of check in you received a text message with all check in instructions you should have also received directly from VRBO, that included the gate code. The text was sent to the number you put on your profile. I apologize if you did not receive the message. The parking pass goes through the security on site. Had I been aware they didn't respond I would have taken care of reaching out to them myself on your behalf. Guests tend to not take their shoes off at the entry way and the carpet does cover all main traffic areas but we do clean them after every stay. Hope otherwise your stay was enjoyable! I apologize again if there was any missed communication.

If you are looking for a place that does NOT cool down past 77-78 degrees this place is for you! We checked in at 9:30pm & the AC was at 85 degrees. We turned it down & it never got under 78 all night. 1 of my daughters is severely asthmatic & had to do several treatments. We ended up having to rent a hotel room. The guy that has this place pretty much just said sorry but the AC just can’t keep up with the heat. I informed him that he needs to make that known in his listing. Most people cannot sleep when it’s that hot. I asked if he could at least refund 1 night & he refused. I asked for even 100 to help with the hotel room we had to rent. He said he went in & the AC was just fine & it was 75 degrees. I don’t believe that because it never reached that temp the entire time we were there. The light didn’t work in the living room. The remote to it wouldn’t turn the light on. 2 people can’t shower at the same time because it affects the water in the other shower. It has a musty smell. The blinds in the front bedroom you have to play Jenga with because 2 slats are broken. That is the room that everyone walks by & can see in. Just please beware when you rent this place. And for the record I NEVER leave bad reviews. Hopefully he will fix the issues & do something with that AC!

Unfortunately we do not have commercial AC units that hotels and grocery stores use so when temperatures are over 110 with extra humidity the AC can only work so much when it’s trying to cool a space over 40 degrees cooler than outside temperatures. This is something you have to keep in mind when traveling to the desert in the summer time. It is very very HOT here. The inside temperature for the guest prior to your stay was 75 and it was 75 when I went in there after you checked out so the unit is working as it is supposed to be. I did take a picture of the thermostat clearly showing the temperature. Due to that I could not give you a refund for a problem that didn’t exist. We have also had multiple stays after you and no one has complained that the AC isn’t cooling properly. I’m sorry your stay wasn’t what you hoped but again if you are going to travel to the desert when it’s over 100 degrees you need to expect it to be hotter than you are most likely used to.
