The Space:
This family home has three bedrooms:
âą A primary bedroom upstairs with a king bed, private balcony, and an attached bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
âą Two lower-level bedrooms, each with a private patio and hot tub access, and each with a split-king bed, totaling four twin beds.
âą Extra sleeping space with a bunk bed/trundle combo
The main living space has a large sectional couch and a 55" television for family movie nights. The attached kitchen is big enough to fuel your family for the next ski day. Enjoy a private grill and a large dining table with mountain views to accompany your meals.
The lower level has a large private ski storage area with boot heaters and direct walkout access to Lionshead Village along a trail. Warm up after your long day on the slopes inside the steam shower or the hot tub just outside the door.

This home is part of a duplex with ample separation from the adjoining unit. Guests must use the West (411) side of the driveway with the private garage.
The Neighborhood:
Beaver Dam and Forest Road are world-class neighborhoods with direct access to Vail Mountain. This quiet, safe neighborhood makes you and your family feel like you are living in a private home in the forest... because you are.
Getting Around:
There is one covered garage parking and two spaces available in the driveway. A 2-minute walk up the road will land you directly underneath Eagle Bahn Gondola, or you can ski a trail along Gore Creek to Lionshead Village.

This is a family home, and we take great pride in keeping it clean and comfortable. We ask our guests to respect our space as much as we do, so we may continue to enjoy our beautiful mountain getaway.
