Your vacation awaits at our 2 bd/2 ba condo! Enjoy the comforts of home and the luxuries of the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort. We’re a 5-minute walk to one of the world’s best beach destinations, play Tennis & Pickleball on-site, relax by the largest beachside pool on the island and explore all the island has to offer. Our condo will have everything you need to make your next vacation one you won't forget.

This is a 3rd fl condo w/ no elevator access. The resort does NOT allow pets.

The space
Relax in our updated 2 bed, 2 bath condo where you'll have everything you need for a perfect vacation. This is a top-floor condo of a three-story building (no noisy upstairs neighbors)!

Please note, there is no elevator access so you will need to be able to walk upstairs to the third floor.

We will provide clean linens, a starter set of towels per person and a starter set of bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner and soap), two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, two dishwasher cubes, two laundry cubes and one roll of paper towels.

We do not provide daily linens and towels but we will provide two laundry cubes should you choose to do laundry during your stay.

Cook in our well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel, full-sized appliances, microwave, blender, drip coffee machine, Keurig and accessories.

Where you'll sleep:
- Primary bedroom includes a King bed, TV with Roku and an en-suite bathroom
- The second bedroom has one Queen and one Twin Bed
- Queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress

Bathrooms (each will include a starter set of amenities):
- Primary en-suite bathroom
- Second full bathroom off the living room

Watch all your favorite shows in the living room (Cable + Smart TV), with free, high-speed Wifi or play games with the family.

HHI Beach and Tennis Resort offers plenty of amenities for you and your family to enjoy, including:
- Gated and 24-hour security
- 2 swimming pools including the largest beachfront pool on the island, -including a children's pool (Pools are unheated and open year-round)
- 8 lighted Tennis courts, 4 Pickleball courts and a Basketball court
- Tennis pro shop (you can borrow racquets and balls & sign up for lessons)
- Picnic areas with charcoal grills
- Shaded playground
- Bike rentals
- Fitness center
- 3, on-site bars and restaurants
- On-site laundry (in a separate building near the condo)

During the summer, enjoy live weekend entertainment at the beach bar, ice cream stand, "dive in" movies, karaoke, parties at the pool and more.

Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes and some of the best waterfront restaurants such as Poseidon, Hudson's, Dockside and Fish Camp are just a short drive away.

After booking, we'll provide you with a digital guidebook that includes plenty of other attractions around the area and information about the resort and condo.

Need baby gear during your stay? We can provide a link for you to BabyQuip which offers clean, safe and insured baby gear rentals. BabyQuip delivers and sets up the gear for you, and picks it up when you’re finished with it. This service allows you to skip all the packing and enjoy your vacation from the moment you arrive.

Guest access
Guests will have privacy and full access to the condo and shared resort amenities while staying.

Other things to note
One car pass will be included in the fees which is $35. Additional vehicles are $35/vehicle. Two vehicles maximum. An additional parking pass must be purchased from the owner so please let us know if you’ll need an additional pass. Uber and Lyft service the island and there is a trolly that can bring you to all of the main locations on the island. For stays of 3 weeks or more, we will require an extra cleaning fee of $50.
