Just two miles from the water with air conditioning, 2 car garage and beach gear. Access to community amenities, including a heated outdoor pool with a pool spa, hot tub, and fitness center. Utilities included for first 30 days.
Enjoy sunset ocean views on the private enclosed patio. Furnished with an inviting outdoor dining with a propane grill. Inside, the carpeted living room, with views of the patio, offers guests a cozy spot to sit and enjoy a book or stream smart TV, or pull out any of the provided board games for an entertaining evening with the family.
This vacation rental accommodates a maximum of five guests between two bedrooms and a three beds. The main bedroom has a Cal King Bed, 55 inch TV, ocean views, including an occasional view of Catalina Island on a clear day. The guest bedroom has a 43 inch TV, queen bed and optional twin bed. The kitchen features new refrigerator and ovens (2024) ample counter space with all the cooking essentials.
