Studiolägenheten, med egen ingång, ligger på fjärde våningen i en vacker byggnad, med hiss, i hjärtat av det livliga Monti-området. I studiolägenheten finns en dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa, en garderob, ett konsolbord, små skåp, ett minikyl och en vattenkokare.
Badrummet är utrustat med handfat, toalett, bidé, dusch, hårtork.

Perfect place to land

The apartment is in a perfect location, right next to the Coliseum and lots of restaurants. Alberto, the owner met us upon arrival and was very kind and helpful. The place was clean and cute and the perfect place to land upon our arrival in Italy.

The location was great, it was easy to get around Rome. I would recommend this Air B&B to others and when we go back, we plan hope to stay there again.

Beautiful location! Right next to the Colosseum. The AC would not work and WiFi was very spotty and did not consistently work. The owners were great and very helpful at check-in. We would stay here again if we were to visit Rome again.

Perfect!

Conveniently located down the street from the Metro and the Colosseum, this studio apartment was clean, modern, and secure. The host was very responsive and helpful. Cute balcony and beautiful artwork on the walls. A great find!

Fabulous location close to the Colosseum

We had a great stay right near the Colosseum. Perfect location! Many restaurants and shops within a block of the location. The space was very clean and quiet. The owner was flexible for check in and immediately available. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful studio near Colosseum

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this quaint studio apartment a stone’s throw from the colosseum. The apartment was clean and modern, bed was comfy, and balcony view made morning coffee a favorite part of our day. Restaurants, markets, and the colosseum were 2-3 minutes walking distance and made for a great location to explore Rome.

Rome with a view

The location was excellent… we could walk everywhere. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each night with a glass of wine after a long day of touring. Although small, this property had everything we needed.

You walk out the door, and you see the colosseum! Cute place, balcony, several restaurants less than a 2 minute walk. 3 minutes walk to colosseo metro stop. Owners very responsive. Just bring some cash to pay the local tax. Would stay there again.

Location, Location, Location

The studio met our needs while visiting Rome for four days. It was clean and the shower had great pressure and the bed was very comfortable! The best part though, was stepping out the front door and seeing the colosseum just 400 feet away. The views from the terrace was also nice!

Excellent stay

A neat comfortable room with a lovely little balcony. The location is great, with the Coliseum so very close. The owner was friendly and everything was very clean. My open suggestion would be that "studio" implies that there is some kind of kitchen, which there is not, Otherwise , a lovely place I will certainly recommend to friends.

Colosseum Wonder!

We had a lovely stay during our time in Rome. Apartment is on a quiet street just steps from the colosseum. We appreciated the elevator, small balcony, and nice amenities like the nespresso and having an iron available. The host was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating!

Great spot very close to Colosseum

It's a small studio, but for the 1 night we needed before our cruise it fit us perfectly. It's about 1 block from the Colosseum and a very nice cafe on the corner for breakfast. There's a good basement restaurant 1 block in the opposite direction, so very convenient. It was also very quiet, for being so close to a tourist area. The only hard part was hauling our suitcases up and down the short flight of stairs to/from the elevator, but that was pretty minor all things considered. We'd definitely stay here again (hopefully with less luggage! :)

Perfect

We enjoyed a short stay in this studio apartment. The location was ideal and the apartment was easy to find. The apartment had an elevator, which made getting luggage and children up to the apartment a breeze. Alberto was always available to us and was quick to reply to any questions we had. We appreciated the local map and restaurant recommendations that was left for us. We were a party of 4, 2 young children and 2 adults. The studio apartment worked perfectly for our needs. The apartment was very clean and we felt very comfortable here. If I return to Rome, I would certainly stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality Alberto

Lovely Apartment

My wife and I stayed in Alberto's apartment for a short stint during our Honeymoon. The apartment is small, but we weren't anticipating spending a lot of time in doors. It has a comfortable sized bathroom, and a wonderful terrace with views of the Forum. Which my wife and I routinely spent our evenings before dinner drinking a glass of wine. It is located just steps away from the Colosseum, and taxis are readily available nearby. The street has some nice mom and pop restaurants, but we took taxi's into the city for dinner. Alberto's son checked us into the apartment. The elevator was not working, so we walked about five flights of stairs. Much needed after our big lunches. Do not be alarmed when he asks for a photo of your passport, it is Italian law. I would recommend this apartment to couples who are looking for a comfortable place to stay for a weekend, and do not expect to spend a lot of time in the apartment.

The Studio Apartment is perfect for walking around the city centre and it's also very close to the metro station "Colosseo".
