Mycket trevlig studio lägenhet på 35 kvm, belägen i Roms historiska centrum. På en lugn gata, där du fortfarande kan hitta gamla italienska hantverkare på arbeten. Säker och väl ansluten till de viktigaste intressanta platserna.
Några minuters promenad från Piazza Navona och Campo dei Fiori, tio minuters promenad från Vatikanen. En kort promenad till det arkeologiska området och Coloseum.
Familj som kör med många års erfarenhet.
2: a våningen i en elegant och bostadsbyggnad med inredd ved tak, fullt utrustat kök hörn (minikylskåp, vattenkokare, mikrovågsugn, elektriska bränder), bord och stolar, dubbelsäng - queen size -, bäddsoffa för 2 personer, platt tv, trådlös anslutning. Även om lägenheten ligger på en hög våning (andra / tredje USA med hiss) och med utsikt över en ganska och liten gågata, är fönstren alla nya och har ljud mot buller.
Badrum med mycket stor och bekväm dusch. hårtork tillgängligt. Strykjärn och strykbräda. Luftkonditionerade / värme. WiFi gratis och snabb anslutning. 4 sovplatser, men vi föreslår att de borde vara nära vänner eller familj.

Perfect cosy apartment

Perfect location!!… walking distance to all main attractions. Restaurant downstairs serves lovely food and drink.Communication with Olivia was amazing. Thank you Olivia. Very helpful and friendly!Would definitely recommend this apartment, and would 100% stay again.

Fantastic location!

This flat is in a fantastic location. We stayed for a quick 3 day visit to Rome and were able to walk to everything. The communication with host is very clear and accomodating.

Basic apartment at the center of the old quarter

The apartment was what it promised. Clean, fairly quiet, in the old quarter of Rome near everything. The bed was comfortable, and Olivia gave us some great recommendations. The apartment could have been slightly better equipped. It needs hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on near the shower. Also the very basic kitchen, could use a spatula and little spoons (there were only soup spoons). Also extra garbage bags for people like us staying a little longer. Otherwise, it was fine, comfortable, one big room.

Four nights in Rome

We started our trip with four nights in Rome. The host Olivia was very helpful with all our questions. The location was perfect being close to most of the sites we wanted to see but not too crowded.

Great location, great apartment

We loved Olivia’s apartment which was just what we needed after a day of wondering around Rome. A great location to get to all the popular tourist spots, and anything else you want to see. There is so much to see and enjoy from just stepping out of the building. The local alley ways are full of interesting food places and little stores. A relaxing hubbub of daily life goes on around you during the day and yet amazingly quiet at night after closing time. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect & charming Rome apartment

We loved our stay! The location is amazing, apartment is clean, spacious and well appointed and Olivia is an excellent host who also helped us with airport transportation. Check-in was a breeze. Quiet in the evening. The charm of the historic building added to our enjoyment. 10/10 recommend. Cafe Novocentro a few minutes walk is excellent any time of day.

Wonderful stay

Flat is small but mighty! Perfectly located near all the must see areas and restaurants. Olivia was very responsive and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Great stay in Rome

We were in the middle of great food locations. Walked to everything. Olivia's place is sweet. My only suggestion: for longer term renters (say 5 nights) maybe a couple of more towels would be helpful.

Lovely clean apartment close to all of the sights of Rome, easy entry via key safe, steps to property as it’s on upper floor but there is a lift for most of the way. Nice large shower, wc and bidet available. Clean fresh towels and all you need for a short stay in the beautiful city. Thanks to the host who was easily contactable and friendly.

Perfect apartment in the heart of Rome

This apartment was in a perfect location for our short time in Rome to see all the sites and be in the middle of wonderful restaurants and close to Taxi, we were even right around the corner from family who were also staying in town. Extremely Convenient!

Olivia's place was exactly as described, clean, and very conveniently located in the center of Ancient Rome. My husband and I were able to walk everywhere and enjoyed the convenience of popping in and out throughout the day to escape the summer heat. Olivia checked in on us and even made suggestions to the events happened in the city. I would stay again.

Wonderful place to stay in Rome

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this studio. Location is simply perfect! Everything that we need were in walkable distance. Apartment is clean, neat and comfortable. Bed and couch are comfortable. Extra blankets were available. Olivia as a host did a great job on communication. Her responses were quick and prompt. Highly recommend!!!

Rome re visited

My adult daughter and I spent some time in Italy and stayed 4 nights in Rome as she had never previously visited the city. We found our accommodation was situated in a very convenient area and was incredibly secure. We walked everywhere and found many places for meals and coffee that were not on the usual tourist trail. Thank goodness!! We enjoyed a couple of meals in the restaurant right next door. Very handy. The studio is fine for 2 people, but would be somewhat "cosy" for more. Many thank to Olivia, she was most helpful.

Great central location, place was vey clean, owner was very helpful and available whenever we had any questions. AC could be better and bed wasn’t very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if these 2 items were addressed… Ciao

I live with my husband and our young daughter in the Roman countryside, raising organic cows and sheep and taking care of our vegetable garden and saffron field. We own a farm house for people who like to spend time in the a peaceful and greenarea close Rome .
The Residenza Sansoni, is a delightful dwelling in Rome, completely refurbished belonged to a well-known cardinal, hundred years ago. My husbund heritates it from his family and after yers of long rentals, we decide to open our house to turists who likes to loose himself/herself in the ancient Rome atmosphere.
We grew up in Rome, we know the secret and authentic places of this city. We will guide you to discovery it but.... be careful, you will be definitively fascinated!

We spend most our free time traveling around the world! Knowing people and discover countries is the best way to increase your knowledge.

This apartment belongs to my husband family since the first years of 1900.
My husband' grandPa, Nonno Pompeo, bought this property because he felt in love with this ancient area.
We always thank him! It is fantastic to have such a wonderful apartment in the heart of Rome.

Residenza Sansoni is located close to Piazza Navona, Archeological area and Coloseum, in the historic center of Rome, west of the Pantheon. The Piazza Navona area is full of many outdoor cafes, restaurants and night clubs in the neighbourhood .
Piazza Campo Dei Fiori is very close to Residenza Sansoni. This Piazza become a popular spot for people to hang out to admire wonderful Renaissance and Baroque buildings, street artists, musicians and poets.
By day Campo de' Fiori is dominated by a world famous outdoor food market. By late afternoon a large team of street cleaners have removed any trace of the market and it becomes the lazy hangout for those having a coffee or aperitivo in one of the many outdoor bars lining the piazza. In the summer people spill out of the bars into the piazza and it has a party like atmosphere. The area always has a vibrant feel and is home to some of the best restaurants in town.
