Tucked among towering evergreens in a wooded neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe, this cozy, comfortable home is a wonderful summer or winter escape in the Sierras. With the sparkling lakeshore, beloved golf courses, and the slopes of Heavenly Mountain Resort close by, you'll never want for adventure here.

This two-story home is nestled among fragrant trees in the community of Tahoe Valley, about three miles from the heart of South Lake Tahoe. In summer, spend your days on Pope Beach (three miles), Keys Beach (three miles), Thomas F. Regan Memorial City Beach (four miles), or El Dorado Beach (four miles), or tee off at Lake Tahoe Golf Course to the south (three miles). Come winter, Heavenly's California Lodge is only six miles east.

After a day of swimming, kayaking, and soaking up the alpine sunshine, return home to toss your swimsuits in the laundry room, light the five-burner gas grill, and barbecue your dinner on the back deck overlooking the trees. The fenced backyard provides plenty of space for your kids to play as you linger with a cup of coffee and a plate of dessert.

The house is every bit as inviting in winter with its open rooms that encourage time together. Cook dinner with your loved ones in the light-filled kitchen (with stainless steel appliances), sit down to eat and play board games at the dining room table, and pile on the sofa afterwards for movies in the living room. At night, you'll find all three bedrooms, including a primary suite, upstairs and an additional sofabed in the living room downstairs.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2,000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
