*Welcome to our cozy home in Danville**
Our house is located just minutes from the new Caesar's casino, making it the perfect place to call home for a long weekend, or week! The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and sleeps six people comfortably.

Each bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, tv, and closet space. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room, which can sleep two more people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals. There is also a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker.

The living room has a large tv and comfortable seating.

We provide our guests with a few snacks, coffee, and bathroom soaps. We also have a washer and dryer in the house, so you can do your laundry during your stay.

Security: The entirety exterior of the house is monitored by camera at all times.

Nice house. It's a hidden gym of a place to stay.

If you are looking for a one or two bedroom house in the Danville area, this is a great choice. The inside has been completely redone and they did a great job. The house is super clean and very comfortable. It's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are nice. You have off street parking for a couple of cars. The house is close to a lot of things to do but far enough away that you don't have to deal with noise, traffic, or problems. There is easy access to the highway nearby and plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area for all you need. I live a couple hours away and know the efforts they have put into revitalizing Danville and it has come a long way. I only needed the house for a day but will definitely will be staying here in the future. Lots of room and better set up than a hotel for a similar price. The owner was easy to work with and replied to messages quickly. You can't go wrong.

Awesome little gem!

This cozy cottage was the perfect fit and location for me and my family’s visit to Danville and the Caesars Casino! The bedrooms were much larger than I expected in comparison to the photos online! Great furnishings, state of the art kitchen and comfortable beds!!! The casino is about 2 blocks away and other attractions close by! The River District is also a few blocks away! Jen (host) responded to messages quickly and was pleasant to correspond with! Thanks Jen! We hope we can get the chance to stay at your cottage again soon! 🙂

It was a cozy cottage, full of charm and all the necessities! We enjoyed our stay and if we are in the area would definitely stay again. It's a small old house that has been completely remolded.

After work, I made my way to the VRBO home booked through expedia. I had already asked and confirmed with the merchant that there was available off street parking but when I arrived to park, there was another car blocking the entrance so I drove to the curb to message the property owner. Not only that but I saw a lot of homeless people walking around the neighborhood and so my family and I did not feel safe to enter nor stay the night. Based on the photos it looked like a safe accommodation, but seeing the area, having another car in the lot whom we did not know and was not the owner's car we did not feel comfortable even stopping there. I kindly messaged the property owner if we could have a refund since we did not utilize his property but he kept trying to convince me that it was fine and that I was lying after all that I saw. We ended up booking a hotel in a safer area.
