Gillade: Renlighet, bekvämligheter och boendets skick och faciliteter

The house was nice and clean. They had a few “extras” around. Like popcorn, coffee, laundry soap… We found the neighborhood quiet and appeared safe. The driveway is really too small to use. We parked in the road. The only suggestion we had was to put a mirror and table in one of the bedrooms for women to use to fix up. The bathroom, though quaint and sufficient, is too small to put your hair and makeup in to get ready. The back yard was nice, with a fire pit and a few seats. We didn’t use it because it rained most of the time we were there. But if we come back we would use it. It seemed private enough. Overall it was a nice home and we would definitely use it again.

Awesome get away!

It was in a bit of a run down neighborhood, but I felt safe and his property was nice! He is a great communicator! We had everything we needed for making food.

Cottage that Hit the Mark

We were in town for our son's archery tournament. We were NOT familiar with Hot Springs at all and to be honest, we were a little taken aback by the neighborhood (because it was dark) when we arrived. However, it was quiet and nobody bothered us while we were there. The cottage is clean, easy and perfect for what we needed. Plus, I am an older Mom, so the little nods to a time gone by (the cabinets, the nooks, and cedar closets) were adorable and I was glad they left them. However, there are plenty of updates for the person who likes newer things. The nest thermostat, the ring camera doorbell, and the keyless entry were super nice. We loved our visit and the amenities at the cottage were a welcome reprieve when we were done running all over Hot Springs taking in all the sights and doing all the things. We got to watch a movie on the big screen, eat popcorn and snuggle on the couch with fuzzy blankets. Thank You for opening your home up to us and allowing us such a affordable accommodations.
