Enjoy this cozy, cottage-like home. It has 2 quaint bedrooms, comfortable living room and whimsical eat-in kitchen that is fully equipped to prepare meals. For your convenience and enjoyment the home has a smart tv. If you are traveling alone or with a small group, the place is excellent for a cozy, comfortable stay on a low budget.

Free, safe parking. 1 spot on site. Other vehicles must park on Willow St. around the corner. Bus stop outside at the front of the building. Driveway is first come first serve and is shared with upper apartment.

On site parking for 1 car. All other vehicles must park on Willow Street. Bus stop is outside the front door. Parking in the driveway is first come first serve.

Please keep the place tidy. Clean up after yourself.
No smoking inside the unit but there is a porch outside if needed.
No overnight guests without my approval.
Check-out is at 11 am. Upon leaving, please be sure the unit is tidy, all dishes are washed and back into the cupboards and all food has been put in the garbage. The garbage has been taken out to the outside trash bins. Place keys back into the lockbox so my cleaners can get in to prepare for the next guest. Please make sure the door and the lockbox are locked. Have fun and Enjoy your stay!
