The safe and quiet community serves as a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle or a vacation home! The unit has a gourmet kitchen with ample storage space and high-end appliances. Easy access to gated ground-level parking garage and a dedicated parking space.
Playa del Rey is a beachfront community offering a laidback vibe with lots of local flair and a distinct SoCal charm. Living in Playa del Rey, which means âBeach of the Kingâ in Spanish, grants you access to the beautiful Playa del Rey Beach, a stretch of the expansive Dockweiler State Beach. Playa del Rey is great for sightseeing, whether you want to see planes taking off while hanging out at the beach, sailboats from Del Rey Lagoon, or a pretty sunset from the beach or sand dunes that line the coast. There are plenty of trails for hiking and biking in the neighborhood as well. Centrally located between Manhattan Beach and Santa Monica. Convenient to Otis College of Art and Design, Loyola Marymount University, and many Silicon Beach area employers.
