The home has central heat/ac to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

Pool heating is available for $200 (82 degrees) and spa heating is complimentary. Note: Pricing reflects current SDGE utility rates. Ask about our current promotions and specials.

There is a pet fee of $100 that covers the extra deep cleaning measures we take for the home.

There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 14 guests.

The large master bedroom closet has been converted into the 5th bedroom.

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.

Loud music is not allowed on the property after 6:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during these times. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine and/or immediately removal from the property.
