Stressful stay!
Internet in the house was down because the service hadnât been restored or paid for the season. Took 4 days of asking then finally demanding a fix before the mgmt company finally figured out what was wrong and rectified the problem. One of the mgmt reps told us we could simply go outside to get service. As if we hadnât tried that!!! Weak 5g and some very limited LTE from the yard! The house was far from clean, with mold in the expresso machine, dirty dishes in the cabinets mixed in with the clean dishes, mold in the first floor bathroom. The house is equipped with laundry as advertised but itâs in the cellar of which access is challenging through a floor hatch and steep steps or a walk outside to the back cellar door which locks automatically when closed so still requires the hatch.Bring a bike tire pump if you want to use the bikes in the basement all the tires are flat and the pump was locked in the guest house we didnât have access to, we could see it through the window. All and all it really came down to zero attention to detail in prepping the house for rent. A shame because the location is fabulous, the view is amazing from either of the two decks. The layout was perfect for a large family with some open space for the whole fam to gather yet it still has another room on the first floor to break away and a huge area on the second floor that led to the second floor deck.A real shame this property isnât managed better.
