A charming modern rustic guest suite with soaring cathedral ceilings and views of the Carquinez strait. Centrally located by car to the Napa Valley and San Francisco by either car or ferry.

Located in Benicia, CA. With a delightful downtown with unique shops and great restaurants. A popular destination for both locals and tourists alike. There is a small dog and cat in the main house.

Comfortable, well appointed studio met our needs perfectly. The beautiful vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling bookcases added to the overall ambiance of the space. The guest space was quiet and comfortable and we appreciated the off street parking.

Very charming property

We had an amazing stay.We were there for our anniversary. The owner had a nice bottle of wine sitting on the counter for us. And snacks on the table. Very clean and quiet beautiful retreat.

Great Stay!

I am from close to the area and came out for a wedding, this was the perfect location for me. Close to everything I needed! I traveled solo, so it was perfect with all the amenities that were provided. The snacks were a great addition as I am pregnant and would get random hunger moments and didn’t want to leave! Owner was communicative, highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway for Two

We loved the comfortable, open floor plan. Microwave, hot plate, small fridge, and Kuerig machine made the stay easy. Partial view of the water is lovely, and the fresh air from the ocean made the room feel cool and relaxing. Neighborhood is quiet with trains in the distance. Mari left snacks and a bottle of wine to welcome us. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Vallejo Waterfront Weeend

The unit was clean and comfortable. The weekend just happened to be a record heat wave, and no AC, but the fan provided and open Windows made it as comfortable as it could have been. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Unique, comfortable suite

My husband and I stayed here for two nights during a heat wave. The property does not have air conditioning (since it typically is not needed much in this area), so the owner provided us with two fans that really did the job cooling off the space for sleeping. We really appreciated that, and were very comfortable. Its a lovely space with loft ceilings and very nicely equipped with lots of special touches like snacks, bottled water, and a bottle of wine. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Just a few minutes drive from downtown Benicia and easy access to the highway to enjoy all that the Bay area has to offer. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely space and quiet place in Benicia!

We loved staying here while visiting friends in Benicia! The space was unique which we enjoyed, wondered what the space was before it was for guests (patio or original garage?) Coffee maker was broken on arrival but owner replaced with a new one and ran water through it. We found it relaxing to be there. Just a couple things to note: when traveling, the ability to block out morning light is important to us, sleeping in is a luxury so having a dark room is important and the space had several areas that poured in light (door, high up windows) and the shower head was too large for that shower and in the way for a taller person. An additional towel rack and hook would have been nice. No side table next to one side of bed (couldn't put eye glasses or cell phone next to that side of the bed) A full sized ironing board would have been appreciated. Minor things compared to how great the space would be for someone who wants to just relax in a peaceful place!
