This three bedroom condo looks out over the outdoor pool and is located in the peaceful area of Fort Morgan. The comfortable open concept living space offering plenty of seating with a flat-screen TV. You'll find the kitchen well-equipped with all the appliances you need to cook during your stay. The dining room table offers seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

The Indies has these great resort amenities including an outdoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, roof sun deck. A short stroll to the beach. The Indies is a gated community. Pull up and enter gate code, and The Indies is the first right.
The complex does require parking passes. The complex charges $40/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it visibly in your vehicle's dashboard. Key Fob required for outdoor pool, fitness room, and roof sun deck. Key Fob provided in kitchen, will be hanging in unit.
