Atypical apartment of 90m2, 15 min. walk from Montmartre, Sacré Coeur, 20 min. Department Stores. Located in Batignolles, 70m from the heart of Parisian life that is the "Place de Clichy" and 70m from metro lines 2 and 13.

PS: if you are afraid of stairs and the flexiblex (parent's bedroom without window in a vaulted cellar that is always cool) move on. Otherwise, enjoy.

SOUPLEX - so the main room is always close to 17-18°C. Look closely at the photo as we don't have any windows in the main room. It is large (nearly 21 square meters), tall, almost 2.3m at the highest, it is eccentric and NON-STANDARD.
