Fantaskt fin lägenhet! Vacker parkutsikt. Charmig/praktisk på samma gång. Förtjusande värdfolk.

All utrustning fräsch o riklig med bra skötselinstruktioner. Fina sänkläder/handdukar som gjorde att man direkt kände sig välkommen. Luftigt vardagsrum, tysta sovrum med morgon ljus, frächa hygienutrymmen. Hiss och en välkommnande atmosfär. Mycket trevliga smårestauranger cafe'er servicebutiker bagerier runt hörnet. Mycket bra kommunikationer (3min) till Metro/bussar. Vi rekommenderar att man lär sig lite om bussystemet för lite mer stadskänsla o bekvämlighet. (Tänk på tidtabellerna). Vill man ströva i Sacre Ceurområdet är det helt nära. Vi stortrivdes i 1 månad och kommer gärna åter.

Wonderful!

I highly recommend this place in a gem of a neighborhood on the back of Montmarte. It was so well equipped and comfortable and the hosts made everything easy. The park in front and the views of the gardens in back are such welcome bits of greenery in the city! Rue Caulaincourt is filled with various food shops, cafes, everything you need. In terms of accessibility, there is only one tiny lip into the building and there is a small lift (not big enough for a wheelchair unless it folds up). If going up the stairs to reach the top of Montmarte isn’t your thing, the 40 bus goes up to the top and all around the area of Montmarte and leaves from just steps away from the apartment. There is also a lift at the metro stop close by.

Lovely Parisian Apartment in Monmartre Village-Living like a local

We enjoyed our week here. The apartment was furnished in true Parisian style and worked well for two couples. My one concern is in relation to the lift. As I am disabled, having a lift was very important to me. The lift broke down twice while we were there and as apartment is on level 2, this caused me quite a hardship especially going up the winding staircase and we had to carry our large suitcases and other bags down on the day we left. The area is well situated to the Metro and Bus 80 and Lamark-Caulincourt metro has a lift. We enjoyed being part on a local village. The bedding was comfortable and our host was very responsive.

Perfect location

Wonderful spot! Couldn’t have asked for a better location, we really really love this neighborhood. Communication with Ritta and Albane was easy - our plane was changed three times and they were able to accommodate our arriving 20 hours past the expected time.

The location could not be better! Wonderful this flat opens to the park down below. So nice to be able to open all the windows and doors and have fresh air and actually quiet! The beds are comfy and the shower is good.

Wonderful property!

The owners greeted us at the door and took a tour of the house with us. The atmosphere was wonderful and we enjoyed sitting at the windows at night people watching. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.

This is a magnificent property. Don’t miss your opportunity to rent it if it is available. The apartment is spacious and well appointed, and near the Metro and bus lines making moving around town very easy. The hosts are wonderful and eager to make your stay comfortable. I, as frequent traveler, highly recommend this Montmarte gem.

Good news/bad news

The neighborhood is great, with easy access to shops, metro and bus lines. The owners did not tell us that construction would be going on during our stay. It was noisy and disruptive. The apartment is filled with artificial flowers and lots of knick-knacks...they, and the hundreds of books, are dust-catchers.

Beautiful Montmarte Large Apartment

Nice location! The metro was just down the street and the stairs. Up the hill is a quaint artist community and the lovely church. Restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. Once we figured out the metro system on day 1 Paris was ours! The metro station was very helpful.

Gute Lage, aber Einschränkungen

Gute Lage in netter Umgebung, nicht zu touristisch. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche. Leider ließ sich der Fischgeruch auch durch längeres Lüften nicht ganz vertreiben. Durch die nach unserem Geschmack übertriebene Dekoration mit Kunstblumen etc. waren Abstellflächen sehr knapp.

Spacious & beautifully traditional flat

My 13 year old daughter and I enjoyed the spaciousness of the flat and how it is traditionally decorated. Historic French feel! The neighborhood is great. Ideal location for walking to many restaurants, bakeries, and Montemare village. The views from sacre coure cathedral is unmatched! Would stay again.

Great Traditional Apartment in Fantastic Area

We really enjoyed our stay at Riitta and Alban's apartment. The hosts were very friendly, and met us when we arrived to show us the apartment. Decor is very traditional and the beds are comfortable. There is also a lift if you don't want to take the stairs to the second floor. Nice view of a park across the street, and area nearby is great. Very close to the tourist areas of Montmartre, but also very close to other restaurants, bars, bakeries full of locals. We definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful neighborhood

My father and I really enjoyed the apartment, which is very well decorated and in a fantastic location in Montmatre. There was a lot to do in easy walking distance, and easily accessible public transportation to get further out. Riita and Alaban were very communicative and helpful with check in and check out We would highly recommend!
