Detta charmiga hem med två sovrum, två badrum, är den perfekta familjeuthyrningen som lämnar både barnen och vuxna lyckliga. Denna enhet är en av tre i byggnaden. Hemmet har en stor platt-TV i vardagsrummet, ett fullt utrustat kök och sovrum med mycket bekväma madrasser. En king size-säng i sovrummet och två queen size-sängar i sovrum # 2. Alla rum har takfläktar och det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare vertikalt centrum bekvämt beläget i hemmet. Det stora sovrummet har franska dörröppningar till balkongen med utsikt över baksidan uteplats och poolområdet. Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar WiFi i hela fastigheten. Parkering på uppfarten för två fordon (en bakom den andra)

Det finns uteplatsstolar i båda, på baksidan balkongen och i poolområdet. Det finns också en bärbar kolgrill, och ett runt betongbord och bänkar, med ett parasoll för att njuta av en utomhusgrill med kall dryck. Den underbara SPI-stranden ligger bara en kort promenad bort. Det är ungefär ett kvarter från den offentliga tillgången till stranden. Fastigheten ligger bara några steg från Padre Boulevard och inom gångavstånd till flera mycket bra, som PadreRita Grill och Black Beards, två av mina favoriter!

Njut av det stora köket i SPI, eller laga dina egna måltider. Köket har de flesta grunderna, men om du gillar att laga mat, ta med dina favoritkryddor. Badhanddukar och en uppsättning sängkläder per säng finns. Du får också ett start-kit med vissa väsentligheter, men vi rekommenderar att du tar med strandutrustning, inklusive handdukar, extra vardagsartiklar och personliga toalettartiklar!

Very nice place minutes to the beach and Bayside restaurant and bars close it does need a little tender, loving care but very adequate and very nice pool

Much needed getaway

Perfect getaway. Easy walk to the beach, and close proximity to shops and restaurants. The house was nice and having a pool was a great alternative to the tar on the beach. Can't wait for next summer's trip.

Relaxing stay

Amazing condo. The location was perfect. Everything was nearby. No rowdiness. The pool was just perfect. A small perfect getaway just a few miles away from home. The stairs to the 2nd floor were a little too steep so my daughter had to stay downstairs on the sofa. We brought extra blankets for comfort which was a great idea.if you need knives do bring your own. Or knife sharpener

Amazing Vacation!!

We loved our stay at Casa Caracol B! The place was very nice and clean and had everything we needed as far as cooking supplies and even some minimal cleaning supplies. The place was bigger than expected, the huge bedroom on the first floor was a big plus, and we LOVED having our own pool in the back. Although you share with others, we were always alone and felt very private! The home is a very close walk to the beach and even tons of shopping/grocery on the strip whatever you could need!! Roberto was very responsive and helped me revise my dates when I missed them up, and picked up the phone right away the few times I called. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Everything was exactly as stated on the listing. We had a fantastic time enjoying the pool and grill every day. Walk to and from the beach was easy-peasy; even shops and restaurants were within a 2-5 minute walk. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and lovely pool area

I highly recommend this condo! We were four and a pup, and the condo was perfectly comfortable, spacious, and clean. The pool area is super cute - perfect for grilling dinner while taking a swim. Also, it's a very short walk from the beach! I would definitely rent this spot from Roberto again.

Even better than the photos

This place is huge and so comfortable! It was fresh and clean and had everything we needed. The downstairs master and bathroom were much bigger than we expected with lots of storage space. Our kids loved having their own space upstairs, plus the backyard was open and spacious. They went in the pool even though it was cold. The kitchen had the basics so we could cook at home. We were able to do laundry, walk our dogs across the street and to the beach access a block away, and basically just feel at home. Just off the main road but very quiet and a park with a playground nearby. Roberto was responsive and flexible, helping when we had a problem connecting the tv and approving a later checkout. We were very happy with our stay here.

Birthday Get AWay!!

We had a great time using your condo over the long weekend..Great location...close enough to several attractions and yet far enough from all the crazy that happens closer to all the bars. The pool was great..very clean..we used the BBQ pit..and just about everything else. The Condo was very family friendly..thank you for letting us bring our dog..great location for those late night walks!! The only suggestion I might add for the next crew coming in might be to bring your own wine glasses!! We brought our favorites and I was glad that we did. I will be requesting your property again..

Very Comfortable and Convenient

I rented this condo with my adult son for a stay after Christmas 2016. I was a bit surprised to find that this two story duplex was on the second floor of the building, but was otherwise very happy with the unit. Although there was no dishwasher, the galley kitchen had everything else needed for a comfortable stay, and there's a grill outside for barbequing. The master suite was huge with its own tv, a spacious bathroom, plenty of closet space, a washer dryer combo in another closet, and a door leading to a small balcony overlooking the pool. The living area had a comfortable sectional, a large tv and a large dining table as well as stools for eating at the kitchen counter. The upstairs bedroom had two queen size beds, a nice sized closet and a full bath and its own tv as well. The only caveat is that the stairs leading up are rather steep and would not be good for small children. The unit is on a quiet street that is between the gulf of Mexico and the main street of SPI. It was within walking distance of two different public beach entrances, some good restaurants, a food store and a bike rental store. There's also a hose outside for washing sand off your feet & whatever else may need to be rinsed. For me it was great for getting the salt water residue off my dog who loved the beach and the surf. A notebook in the unit giving tips for dining and entertainment, and Roberto, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful. We were unfamiliar with South Padre Island, having vacationed mostly on the Florida side of the gulf, but I'd go back in a heartbeat and would rent here again.

Perfect family rental!

Our family vacation in south padre every summer. We stayed for 3 nights and had the best time! Beds were comfortable Plenty of bath towels Kitchen is stocked with most cooking needs We used the outdoor grill for burgers by the pool! Everything is as advertised. Even bigger then we thought. The one tiny thing we didn't like we're the stairs they are quite steep and the floors are all tile so if they get wet/humid they will be very slippery! Wouldn't recommend for families with toddlers. Roberto was great had a small issue with the door lock but fixed it right over the phone! We can't wait to come back next summer had a great time! Thanks again Roberto!

nice condo

Roberto was a great host for my group. We had six people and it was a perfect fit. The king bedroom has a huge bed, dressers, nightstands, two closets, and a spacious bathroom. Not to mention the bedroom itself was big and had a bunch of room. We also had a balcony that had stairs down to the pool. The pool is secluded and well kept. I really enjoyed staying here and would give it five stars.

Vacation Stay

I was very pleased with this property, it was clean and comfortable. The manager was very responsive and professional to some minor problems I had on the first day of my arrival. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the kitchen appliances and the bathrooms. Other than that I will definitely look into renting from this property owner in the future.

Memorial Stay

The condo was as described and met all of our needs. We were very happy with how clean and comfortable it was. The property was well maintained and was stocked with everything needed for a getaway. Great location for souvenir shops and walking distance to the beaches! The owners were more than helpful when had questions or concerns of any sort. If ever return to SPI will without a doubt be renting here over anywhere else! Perfect for our family vacation!

I can't say enough how great our vacation was, we had our 4 year old niece & sister and the short walk to the beach was very easy and closer than expected! The condo was very nice and clean and had more than enough room for us to not feel cramped, and comfortable beds! Thank you Roberto, if we make the trip to South Padre again we will definitely be here.

Great place

This a very modern condo. Plenty of room. Very clean. Working with the owner was a plus. Hugh Master bedroom, 1 block from the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Perfect for family stay. Would highly recommend!

I'm an Industrial Engineer, specialized in Manufacturing Systems. Originally from Argentina, but a local resident for more than 40 years. My wife and I enjoy coming to SPI on a very frequent basis. Really good restaurants here...good ambient. Wonderful sea breeze!

I started investing in Real Estate in SPI back in 2009, where I bought a townhome for our use, but we used it for only a couple of weeks during the year. So I started renting it short term and realized I was meeting wonderful people always wanting to relax and enjoy the Island... I loved it so much that I bought the unit next door, and then a unit one block away, and so forth... it's been a wonderful journey. We now own 31 units and are currently managing 6 additional units belonging to friends! I retired from the industry and I am doing this full time!
