Fantastisk utsikt över sol, surf och sand! Denna rökfria 1 sovrum, 1 badrum lägenhet renoverades vackert 2016. Alla nya moderna apparater, inklusive kombination av tvättlös / torktumlare och lyxiga möbler gör din vistelse bekväm och hjälper dig att känna dig bortskämd. Vakna till en fantastisk soluppgång över bukten varje morgon från din privata balkong. Det lugnande ljudet av havsvågor drar dig att sova på natten och lockar dig till stranden under dagen. Great condo and facility

We had a great time. Condo had everything we needed and the bed was comfy. We loved the pool area and the beach!! Owner was quick to reply to us when we needed to ask him questions. Would definitely stay there again!!

We could not have been more please with the condo we stayed in and the tiki community was so very well taken car of The other guest and staff was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Most definitely will stay at Bill's properties again in the future. Ohh and they have extra supplies for your beach use Coolers/ chairs ect

The unit and location were both amazing!

The unit was very well taken care of and in very good condition. Looked exactly like the photos in the listing. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you'd need to cook. Pool is heated and area is nice. Location is right on the beach! Definitely recommended for anyone looking at this listing!

Relaxing getaway

Condo was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable for a couple. Location was desirable near birding center and other attractions. Grounds well maintained. Nice pool, convenient beach access. Would stay again.

Our stay was great. The condo was adequate and everything we needed was there. It was my first time to South Padre and we really enjoyed ourself. Would definitely come back.

Close to the beach- dog friendly place

We enjoyed how close the place was to the beach. The condo was clean and had a lot of room considering it was a one bedroom. Very clean site and dog friendly. It was great to have a place with a grass area to take the dogs out.

Great Stay

The rental, the property, and the location are excellent! As an added bonus pets are accepted too. From the very close beach access, to the pool, and the surprise of having a firewarks show on our balcony each night (the weekend nights), therre would be no hssitatin to return or suggest the property to my family and friends!

Lovely place. Steps to beach. This place was amazing! It does not sleep six in beds however, one king size bed and one pull out couch, my teen slept on the second couch and the boys took the pullout. the pIt worked work.

Surprise getaway

We loved this condo. Great location, so close to the pool and the beach. Right next to the Courtyard by Marriott. The balcony is a gem. Well equipped with all that you need. We look forward to staying here again.

Great beach condo!

My husband and I had a great stay at this condo during our summer vacation. It was my husbands first Texas coast experience and he loved it. Very convenient location so close to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was provided for us at the condo which was great because we liked to eat in as much as we could. I would definitely recommend and come back!

Everything we needed

This condo was well-furnished, with all appliances in good working order. Having a unit with a washer/ dryer is a definite plus. The property is close to good restaurants as well as the nature center. We've visited the island many times, and staying at this (North) end of the island is a nice change of pace.

Wonderful!

This property is very well managed. The unit was well equipped and furnished, and I had a great stay. I go to the beach for stress relief, and this place allowed me to really relax. I will be back.

Great location to the beach and comfortable stay

This was my first time renting a condo. It was so convenient and the access to the beach was perfect! It has an area to wash the sand off, dog potty area, swimming pools. As a first timer, I was a rookie realizing i needed coffee filtered and cooking Ingredients (oil, condiments etc) but that was easy to fix with local grocers and Walmart.

Very nice & clean condo, just steps to the beach.

We stayed in unit 220 and it was very nice and clean. Towels were fluffy and thick, kitchen was very clean and the entire unit was nicely decorated and overall very comfy place to stay. The beach was just steps away and you can walk miles in the either direction if you choose. The pool is nice and warm and all the grounds are well kept. We will definitely choose this place again if we get the chance to come back.

Nice Little Condo by the Beach

This is a rightsized one bedroom condo with very easy beach access. The king size bed was comfortable as was the sleeper sofa. There are two smart TVs, so we didn’t need the Roku we brought. Everything in the condo worked. My only complaint is that it’s right next to the hotel bar, so it was quite noisy at night.

Condo 220 was truly nice!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Tiki. The condo was just as described with a good view of the ocean from the whole place. We loved sitting on the porch a lot especially during Friday night fireworks and the band Friday night! Condo had everything we needed for a week, we cooked a couple of nights and had plenty of room for 3 girls even in the bathroom. I enjoyed the juicer and blender too!

Married for 40 years and three kids later, Barb and I have always enjoyed the beach. Our kids completely agree! It doesn't matter if we are relaxing in the sun, having a good meal, or participating in activities, we prefer to do it on a beach. The kids have varied interests and are much more active than mom and dad. South Padre offers something for each of us individually and one of our favorite places to make memories and establish traditions.

We enjoy spending time with our family and friends!

Barb and I first vacationed in South Padre in 1988, and we fell in love with this hidden gem. In 2013 we had a family vacation in South Padre, with some special friends who introduced us to the Tiki Condominium location, which was a dream come true. It was a combination of owners, staff, conditions of the complex, beachfront, and location near activities and restaurants that made our decision to own here easy.

We hope everyone who stays in our condo, whether for a few days or months, will leave with the same love for South Padre Island as we have.

We enjoyed the beautiful views of the beach and sounds of the ocean from our balcony. There's nothing quite like enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves roll in before anyone else is up! Likewise, we have a perfect view of the fireworks offered at Clayton's on Friday and Saturday nights (if we choose). We love having friends join us for this special experience. The beach is just steps away, and the option to enjoy one of our two tropical pools, makes this a relaxing and memorable vacation stay.
