Youâll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms in this home. Both bathrooms feature detachable sprayers, additional towels, wash clothes and two waffle weave spa robes per bath for you to relax in during your stay. There are also shower steamers, full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap, cotton balls, Q tips, hair dryer in each bathroom, baskets for storage and bath mats. You will also have access to starter cleaning supplies in both bathrooms.

The home has two main living spaces and flex space. Designed with natural textures, soft earth tones, and rich wooden accents â it is the perfect space for both rest into for the evening, or to focus your attention for work during the day.
The upstairs living room features a large sofa with pillows, lamps, recessed lighting on a dimmer, accent chair, coffee table that raises, mounted 70 inch Smart TV.
The downstairs living room features a large sofa with pillows + blankets, accent chair, coffee table, mounted 65 inch Smart TV, Pac Man arcade game, table with 3 chairs and board games. A dimmer switch and wall sconces create your perfect relaxing vibe.
The flex space downstairs could be used for Yoga, meditation or a light workout. Yoga mats, resistance bands and light weights are provided for use.
ââ KITCHEN â DINING â LAUNDRYââ
The modern kitchen features quartz countertops, modern stainless-steel appliances, including refrigerator, 5 burner stove, oven, microwave and a dual Keurig single brew and drip coffee maker. If we donât have a specific tool in the kitchen, let us know and we will add it to the list. Starter supplies will be provided. We have a 6 person dining table.
The home is equipped with a set LG laundry machines (washer & dryer). Guests will have access to starter detergent pods, dryer sheets and an iron & board.

Enjoy the landscaped, no maintenance backyard with a built-in, wood burning fire pit, large back patio that spans the length of the home and stamped concrete patio with charcoal grill, lounge chairs, conversation set, large umbrella and dining tables with bar stools. The entire primary residential space plus amenities are included in this rental. Please note that the 2 car detached garage is included as part of the rental. The garage door dimensions are 16ft x 7ft. Please be sure your vehicle will fit before booking. No discounts for not using the garage.

Hi! My husband Sergio and I have both been in Denver for over 20 years. I'm a freelance graphic designer and he is a retired Army veteran with 22 years of service. We have 2 little girls that will be 5 and 3 this year and are excited for this next chapter of our lives. We will both be available during your stay to answer questions or make recommendations and will do our best to accommodate requests.

The neighborhood is in a great location, near highways, the airport, major hospital complex, shopping and great restaurants. You are 20 mins from downtown Denver and about 40 mins to Blackhawk.

Our property is over 2600 sf and has room for everyone. You can retreat to your bedroom or gather in one of the two living spaces to spend time with your group. We have two oversized couches, a vintage Pac Man arcade game and a mix of board and card games for a cozy night in. Or, watch your favorite movie or show on one of four Smart TVs.
We have a no maintenance backyard with a built-in, wood burning fire pit, two large patios and space to dine al fresco or relax with coffee. You also have access to a detached, 2 car garage and 2 additional off street parking spots next to the garage. There is also plenty of free street parking spaces in front of the home.
