Welcome to our family home! We're delighted to share our space with guests while we're away. We live in a family-friendly and tranquil neighborhood. Please treat our house with respect; it’s our home, not a hotel. Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. To ensure everyone's comfort, we've installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio inside the home. We hope you enjoy your stay!

This side-by-side duplex shares a wall with the neighbor's home. Our neighbors have young children. Because of this, this is not a home for partying, loud music, or late nights. Any parties will promptly be reported and shut down. Please do not disturb our neighbors.

The main living room invites you to sink into a plush sectional in front of a 77-inch OLED Smart TV or gather for board games by the fireplace. Downstairs, you’ll find a second entertainment zone with a 65-inch Smart TV, a cozy movie room, a full gym, and a private sauna.

Kitchen & dining
The open chef’s kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, including an Instapot, air fryer, food processor, drip coffee maker, and blender. Cookware, dishware, and basics like oil, seasoning, and coffee are provided. Meals come together at a dining table that seats seven, with extra seating at the island.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms comfortably accommodate nine guests. The primary suite features a king bed and twin bed, plus an en-suite bathroom with a steam shower, soaker tub, and bidet. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, while the fourth includes a king bed with a memory foam topper and added privacy in the basement. Blackout curtains and bamboo linens enhance restful sleep.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms and one half bath are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers. A Japanese Smart Toilet adds a modern touch on the main floor.

Outdoor living
The private enclosed front yard provides space for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or grilling on the BBQ. Surrounded by mature landscaping and fencing, it offers a quiet setting within the city.

Neighborhood
Located in Cherry Creek, the townhouse is a short walk from the shopping district and local dining. Within minutes you can reach Denver Botanic Gardens, Union Station, Coors Field, and the Denver Art Museum. Red Rocks Amphitheatre and the mountain town of Golden are just a drive away.

Parking
Two spots are available: one directly in front of the garage in the alley and one on the street with a provided hang tag. The garage is not accessible to guests.
