Hi, we are Matt & Martie Burnett! Our family has always dreamed of owning a home at the lake. We have been boating this area since we were children and now, we have children of our own. With so many friends and loved ones in the area we'd searched on and off for years but just couldn't find the right fit. Matt's dream of a property near the lake lead him to the land purchase and development of Mariner's Cove. We poured blood, sweat, and tears into this project to make it an amazing place for homeowners and guests. Now we are blessed to have a beautiful home on the lake we can share with others. We are business owners from Nashville TN. We run a real estate, construction, and development company while raising 3 amazing children. We love to travel, water, sports, and outdoors. We try to live by God & family first and business second. We work hard, play hard and like to share our blessings with others. Our prayer is that this cozy townhome will house many, many happy memories for us, our friends, and our family. And as my daddy always said, "may your house never been big enough to hold all your friends!"

Mariner's Cove has a happy vibe! The design and colorations were inspired by a community on the Gulf Coast, Rosemary Beach. Our desire was to create a waterfront development that offered homeowners and guests an affordable option to be near the lake, nature, and all of Gods wonderful creations. This location is just North of Nashville, walkable to Gallatin Marina, Awedaddy's Bar & Grill, Freedom Boat Club, and convenient to so many restaurants and amenities. It was a perfect fit for what we were looking for!

The look and feel of this community are unique in itself but the access to Old Hickory Lake is unlike any other community of its kind. Walkable to the Gallatin Marina, Awedaddy's Bar & Grill, and Freedom Boat Club are huge advantages other properties don't offer. Not to mention you are still very close to Nashville and all it has to offer. Gallatin is a growing community with so much to offer and still kind of a hidden jewel.
