Welcome to Smiles By The Sea (The Osprey #27), a five-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom home located in Orange Beach, AL that comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. This recently constructed home features an upscale interior with easy access to the zero-entry community pool, just steps away. A boat slip is also available for an additional fee for the nautical types.

Once you step through the front door you will be greeted by a spacious open floor plan and an abundance of natural light from large windows. The living room offers plenty of seating, views of the community pool and a Smart TV to help you stream your favorite shows. The kitchen is a space the chef in your group will love with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances including a gas range and everything you need to prepare your next meal. Once your culinary masterpiece is complete you can gather at the dining table and dig in.

Moving through the home you will find comfortable sleeping arrangements for your group with four of the five bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom also boasts a Smart TV of its own, making it a breeze to sign into your favorite streaming service. This home also features an elevator to easily move between floors.

The Osprey is a new waterfront neighborhood located on Cotton Bayou in Orange Beach featuring luxurious amenities. Take a dip in the zero-entry community pool complete with a sun shelf. Other community benefits include the brick paved streets and a marina with covered boat slips. This community also has many options for dining, shopping or activities nearby. Adventure Island, a popular amusement park, is less than two miles away and a Walmart neighborhood market is one mile away.

Very clean. Bedroom with twin beds - we thought they would be queen beds. Small bedroom with bunk beds and single was really small. Biggest issue was non working elevator. We texted several times and they responded saying it was being looked at but it was never fixed. Your bathroom downstairs needs grab bars in the shower and more area to place personal items. That bathroom was an after thought. Pool was nice. Grill worked ok. WIFI was terrible. Only one TV worked - the one in the family room. The TV outside is not working at all.
