NÀr du kommer in i lÀgenheten kommer du att mÀrka ett gÀst sovrum pÄ vÀnster och höger. GÀstrummet till vÀnster har en tvilling och en dubbelsÀng med platt-TV och ett eget badrum med dusch / badkar combo. GÀstrummet till höger har ocksÄ ett privat badrum med en sittande jacuzzi-badkar med en queen size-sÀng och en platt-TV. GÄr lÀngre ner i korridoren, Àr nÀsta rum tvÀttstugan som har en topplastnings tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare. Köket har ett kylskÄp, diskmaskin, spis och ugn, mikrovÄgsugn, vinkylare, dubbla handfat, och det har ocksÄ ett vackert trÀskÄp. Det finns ocksÄ en bar som kan sitta 4.

Fabulous location and place

We loved our stay here. Everything was clean and organized. Great location to the beach and a nice pool. My only suggestion is to add larger pans and pots for those larger families who cook while there. You had two crock pots (which we brought out own ) but the eggs and bacon I had to make in batches because the (single) pan was small. Beyond that, loved it!

April long weekend

This was the perfect location for our group. The reservation process was easy, and we worked through the management copy without problems. The condo was clean, spacious, and had great views. We would return without hesitation.

Phoenix 10 unit 1517

The property was clean and spacious. There was nine adults and one infant in our group. We did not feel cramped or getting in each other’s way. The building was well maintained. The indoor pool and hot tubs were nice to have. We were not able to use the outdoor pool because of the cold weather in January. I would rent this property again.

The condo was the perfect size and location for our family.

We had some issues with the water pressure in the kitchen, a shower light hanging, missing pot holders and the toaster not working. I emailed Prickett properties to let them know and within 30 minutes they came to fix everything and bring a new toaster and pot holders. Now that is customer service!

Beautiful view and excellent location. However, the unit is very tired and in need of a full update.

As prior owners in this condo building, we are aware of the quality of the facility. This specific unit, while very spacious and accommodating for large groups, needs a lot of work. It has been used up at this point. The furnishings, window coverings, kitchen appliances, especially the refrigerator need to be replaced. The refrigerator door would not open all the way so the produce drawers could be opened. The dryer is rusting and the tile grout throughout the unit needs to be cleaned. We were also greeted by a bat flying around in the mater bedroom. Glad it was found and removed before putting down a sleeping infant for the night. Two of the dining chairs are broken and the wine fridge does not work. A lot to be said but this is enough for now. We did have a lovely vacation at the gulf coast.

Staycation

Local to the area - we enjoyed every moment of our time at a beautiful beach. With exception to multiple unannounced intrusions (5 total), including both Saturday & Sunday mornings at 8:00am, by construction workers at our balcony to complete 2 week overdue annual maintenance (per the Property Manager - at time of refusing to leave our condo.!!!) - our staycation was perfect.

Phoenix X Memorial weekend and week

We loved the location! Loves the ease of getting to the pool and beach. Loved coffee on the lanai every morning, and relaxing in evening. Only “con” was the king mattress. Very uncomfortable! ESP for someone with a bad hip and knee. Overall our stay was wonderful!

Condo unit was very dirty.

The condo unit was filthy, our feet turned black if we walked on the floor. Kitchen counter tops and around sink looked like it had never been wiped down dishes and silverware had old food on them. We had to clean everything, I spent a couple of hours cleaning and mopping. The vacuum did not work either. The walls need painting and all of the furniture was worn out. There were brown stains on all of the curtains. It looks as though the owners may never visit there to inspect or upgrade. The property management did refund the cleaning fee when I let them know how dirty it was and showed them how black my mop water was. I will never stay in this unit again. And may not stay at this property again as many of the areas appeared dirty and just not maintained well. At these prices, I expect it to be clean and I should not have to spend my vacation time cleaning floors, kitchen and dishes when we arrive.

Needs a fall cleaning.................

Very disappointed. Was not told it was 2 condos combined. One of the guest bedrooms had an exterior hallway door 1.5 feet from their bed. We killed 3 roaches. The dryer took 2-3 times per load (it is very old). 1 potholder in the kitchen; broken shelf and drawer in the refrigerator; no shelves in mini-fridge; could not put our wine in the wine cooler because it stayed at 78 degrees (inoperable) No lock on the exterior door except the outside keypad. My favorite was my guests all wore socks as the floors were so dirty....stains on the curtains. The view of the gulf was great.

Great 40th birthday getaway

Our 1st time staying at Phoenix X (we’ve stayed at other nearby locations). We chose this property bc we wanted to be close to the FloraBama. The unit was spacious. Some of the furniture could use an update, but we were only in the room to sleep anyway so it wasn’t that big of a deal. It was the perfect spot to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday with his closest friends. Would definitely stay here again. P.s. he accidentally forgot a whiskey glass I gave him for his birthday “Vintage 1982. Cheers to 40 years!” I called the management office a few days ago, but nobody called back. I guess we’ll look for it next time we stay again. :)

Perfect location and lots of space.

The penthouse condo is on the 15th floor and has excellent views and a perfect location for walking next door to Flora-bama and across the street for more drinks, food, Waffle House, City Donuts, water sports, souvenirs, etc. It has 2 large balconies with a large table/chairs and loungers. We had 6 in our group and were comfortable. The condo is large and has decent furniture. But it needs some cleaning, repairs and updating. While we were we fixed a handle in a spare shower and reattached a towel bar. The kitchen is large and has nice appliances mostly. but the cabinets are dirty and there are some issues. The bar and ice maker in the corner were great! The. TVs and cable worked fine and there is a lot of living room seating and a large indoor dining table. The bed quality ranged from good to poor. A few 3-way lamps only had a single bulb in them and the place just needs a good cleaning and refresh. There was no extra toilet paper or trash bags, so we got our own from a sympathetic woman ckeaning other units on our floor. I know it's a rental and most renters don't take care of the place like we do. The beach is clean with warm water and has the nicest sand I've ever seen. Very fine and near white. Overall, we liked the place and would likely stay there again if for nothing else than the views and location. But, with some cleaning and updating, staying there would be a slam dunk! FYI... be sure to hit Doc's Seaford for lunch, best meal we had. The Gulf bar/restaurant was also a big hit with us. Flora-bama had the best Bushwacker frozen drink we tried-- blended smooth but thick with a hint of coffee liquor.

Good location

We had a nice time overall. However, the condo itself was dirty. Our feet were black. The walls were dirty and there was hair in my shower (before a it was used). There was a lot of unmitigated water damage which was concerning as well.

Good but not great

Overall it was a good experience. We were within walking distance to the Florabama. (Which was great). Condo needs some TLC. Towel racks falling when not even being touched. The screws holding the shower nozzles were stripped and looked to have been that way for a while. The dining and family rooms had dirt and sand on the floor when we arrived. (My thoughts were that it was rushed being cleaned before our arrival). I’d probably stay at this building again. I’m always down to give another place a second chance. With the amount of money we spent, I felt like the maintenance and cleaning were overlooked!
