Njut av vÄrt vackra fritidshus pÄ Okaloosa Island. Nyligen ombyggda i ljusa ljusa pasteller, plattskÀrms-TV och King-minne-skummadrass, etc. Den socker vita stranden och smaragdgrönt vatten Àr precis utanför bakdörren.

Titta pÄ delfinerna pÄ morgonen och solnedgÄngen pÄ kvÀllen frÄn den rymliga uteplatsen. Det finns en grill för matlagning, och vi har strandstolar, parasoller och flottörer för skojs skull pÄ stranden. Piren och strandpromenaden Àr en kort promenad ner till stranden.

We had a wonderful time staying here (for the fourth time!) Candy is an excellent host and has made some great updates and beautiful decor choices. The location cannot be beat—-literally 10 steps or less to the sand!

A Perfect Stat

We loved our time here! The place was so nice and clean and had everything we needed and more! We were pleased to find books when we realized ours got left behind, and a first aid kit too. It was clean and right on the ocean, and the beach side service was SO nice! The only recommendation I have is to bring your own pillow if you're a little picky about pillows like I am. This place was truly perfect and we enjoyed our time here immensley!

Nice little 1st floor condo on beach

Condo was as described on VRBO. It was clean and comfy. The AC worked great which is a big deal for us. You literally walk out the back door on to the beach. Spectacular beach!! Since it's a privately owned smaller condo there are no frills: pool, restaurant, game room etc. Pet friendly which was a super plus for us and our boxer baby Bella. Great communication from owner. Bring your own TP, paper towels, laundry detg, dish detg, extra trash bags.

Perfect!

This vacation was amazing. My husband and I stayed in a different unit at Villas Capris last year while they were re-stuccoing the building. The condo had no decor or color and no storage space. There were scaffolding & plastic covering our back & front doors, the back patio wasn’t useable and forget trying to relax inside the condo from 8-5. This year was the complete opposite. My 80 year old parents came with us. This condo was adorable and clean and the decor made the experience so “beachy!” My folks slept in the bedroom, which had a giant bureau and 2 end tables which was more than enough space for their things. We stayed in the main living room on the pull out couch which, for a sofa bed, was fairly comfortable for us and we are in our 50’s. The TV stand in the living room had 8 drawers which was plenty of space for all of clothing. We liked that each sleeping area had a door so we wouldn’t disturb the other couple to access the bathroom. I was worried about not having an oven (there is a stove top) but I cooked fresh salmon in the toaster oven and it tasted delicious! We cooked all but 2 meals at home so the kitchen worked out well for us. We rented an extra set of beach chairs with an umbrella so all 4 of us could be comfortable for the day. The short path between those chairs and the condo allowed me to watch my folks walk back & forth and see if they needed assistance because of their mobility issues. We are definitely booking for next year!

Perfect beach get away!

This was THE perfect beachfront condo in Ft. Walton for our small family. Cute, laid back, and the beach was literally right out the door. Beach service was great and made it easy to hit the beach with our little kids. Everything we needed for a beach weekend! Check-in was super easy and we had zero issues with anything. The kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals. We really enjoyed our stay! My husband said multiple times that it was a perfect condo.

Great Stay

We stayed at this property the week before Memorial Day. It was great having the beach just steps away from the patio. The beach service was a plus since we didn't have to take much with us to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. I recommend.

Villa Capri

Only complaints are that the AC use was limited. The unit wouldn't allow anything cooler than 72 and I'm sure that it never reached that temperature the entire time. The calibration was manipulated. So the nights were a little uncomfortable in the unit. And the laundry is an app based pay per use system. But they don't tell you that you must upload 10 each time you use the app. The listing seemed to suggest that laundry machines were part of the unit.These are just minor complaints and it's not enough to deter us from booking again. The unit was very clean and plenty of room for a family of four. Right on the beach and can walk straight out to the water just a little over a hundred feet away. The included beach chair service was a nice bonus. I would highly recommend Villa Capri. And we'll definitely be going back.

A Hidden Gem

We loved our time here. It was perfect for our little family. The beach access is unlike anything I have ever been able to have in all my time vacationing at the beach. You are practically on the beach as soon as you step out the back door. Paul and Cindy were excellent hosts and made it clear they were there ready if we needed anything. Lots of good food nearby. Wonderful beach. The condo is small but cozy and clean. We will be returning!
