Beläget i den vackra Indian Harbour Beach, Florida i centrala Brevard County, erbjuder vi gästerna en avkopplande vistelse. Alla våra enheter vetter direkt mot havet och ger en vacker havsutsikt! Varje enhet är ett vackert dekorerat 2 sovrum / 2 bad villa. Denna lägenhet på 1350 sf ligger i Indian Harbour Beach Club. Detta semesteruthyrningskomplex är definitivt en av de bästa kortfristiga hyror på stranden. Detta komplex vid stranden är en dold pärla som de flesta inte känner till. De som vet om det, bokar vanligtvis sina rum ett år i förväg. Den täckta parkeringsplatsen ligger 20 meter från ytterdörren så lätt att ladda och lossa. Bakdörren är 30 meter till sanden. Det här är fantastiskt när du snabbt vill springa in från stranden för att ta något. på insidan, befälhavaren badet och gästbadet är fullt utrustade med nödvändigheter .. Alla sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls. (kom bara ihåg att packa dina strandhanddukar!) Nu in i vardagsrummet och sovrummen. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng. Rummet har två enkelsängar, och TV-innehållet i varje rum tillhandahålls av direkt-TV och gratis filmkanaler tillhandahålls. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du kan förvänta dig. Kylskåp, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, spis, kaffekanna, mixer, brödrost etc. Tvättstugan har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare med stor kapacitet. Det finns också en uppvärmd pool, blandningsplaner, gasgrill utomhus och en tvättplats för bilar.

Vi ligger bara 8. 8 miles och 19 minuter från Melbourne International Airport, som betjänas av Delta Airlines och US Airways.

Right on the beach

Property is very well kept. Beach is right there! Pool was great and views of the veach spectacular. Plenty of great restaurants with in minutes of the property.

Dual purpose trip

We really enjoyed this unit being on ground level so close to the pool, and beach. Had space for a visit from our local family too. Nice outside screen sitting area, but it can get loud during heavy pool use. Large common area/dinning and kitchen. Master bedroom and bathroom are spacious.

staff that runs this complex are fabulous. well stocked. great location for getting around. just north of 518 bridge on A1A. make sure you go to Kennedy Space Center.

Short walk to beach

This condo is awesome! Our family of 5 spent 5 nights at this condo and it quickly become home away from home. Steps to the beach and even closer to the pool. Complex was quiet and just what the doctor ordered for fun and relaxation. Parking space for this unit was very close to the front door and is dedicated to the unit. We would stay here without question if/when we vacation on the Atlantic coast of Florida. If Disney is part of your travel plans, this condo is only about an 1 hr & 20 min drive away.

Great location!

Only steps from the ocean and the community pool! It was a perfect place to park it for a week with 3 younger kids. We had planned on taking a couple day trips back to Orlando but the kids had so much fun in the ocean we ended up skipping those and just staying put most of the week. The sand was much cleaner then I expected at the beach and the water was perfect. My only complaint however, would be that the sheets on the kids beds and in the ones in linen closet were not clean upon arrival. I spent most of the night washing bedding so the kids would have a place to sleep. Probably just an oversight, but it was kind of gross. Other than that everything was great and I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful condo

We absolutely loved this condo. We came with 2 adults and 4 kids ranging from 11-14. The condo was spacious, clean, had everything we needed and we loved that it was a downstairs unit with a porch. The condo was close to restaurants, shops and some good ice cream spots. Also loved having a covered parking spot right outside our door. The access to the beach was perfect with a super short walk from the condo to the steps down to the beach. We even saw turtles come up and lay eggs on our night beach walks, which was so cool. The only negative has nothing to do with the condo, only the beach as having kids who love to play in the water we had no idea about the huge rocks. Huge coquina rocks saturate the water and make it hard to enjoy playing in the waves. Other than that I would 100% stay here again.

Incredible condo

Communication was great, all questions answered quickly. Check in was easy. The condo was very clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, beach accessories and all our basic needs. The beds were comfortable. Huge plus for the washer and dryer. The biggest reason to rent this condo is how close the pool and beach are. Loved the screen porch. Can’t wait to rented it again.

Wonderful, once again!

Thank you for another wonderful stay at Indian Harbour Beach Club. Everything was clean and as stated. Beds are comfortable. And the kitchen is well-appointed. Washer and dryer is a bonus.

Paradise

We loved our stay. The pool overlooking the ocean was gorgeous and our toddler loved it. The unit had everything needed to enjoy a day on the beach-beach towels, chairs, toys, and more. The easy access to the beach and pool was great. Loved this part of the coast-much less busy than further north.

The condo was absolutely beautiful.

The condo was alot larger than I thought. Easy access to the beach and pool was warm. Only downfall I have was that the complex was repainting the sidewalk when we were there and our patio beach door was closed down for a day. Really wasn't a big deal though. Loved the place!
