Beläget i den vackra Indian Harbour Beach, Florida i centrala Brevard County, erbjuder vi gästerna en avkopplande vistelse. Alla våra enheter vetter direkt mot havet och ger en vacker havsutsikt! Varje enhet är ett vackert dekorerat 2 sovrum / 2 bad villa. Denna lägenhet på 1350 sf ligger i Indian Harbor Beach Club på fjärde våningen. Detta lägenhetskomplex vid stranden är en dold pärla som de flesta inte känner till. De som vet om det, bokar vanligtvis sina rum ett år i förväg. Det är täckt och öppen parkering. Och på insidan är masterbadet och gästbadet fullt utrustat med alla nödvändigheter. Sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls. (kom bara ihåg att packa dina strandhanddukar!) Plasma-TV finns i vardagsrummet, sovrummet och gästrummet. Innehåll levereras av DirectTV och gratis filmkanaler tillhandahålls. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du kan förvänta dig. Kylskåp, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, spis, kaffekanna, mixer, brödrost etc. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och rummet har två enkelsängar. Tvättstugan har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare med stor kapacitet. Anläggningen har också en uppvärmd pool, blandningsplaner, gasgrill utomhus och en tvättplats.

Vi ligger bara 8. 8 miles och 19 minuter från Melbourne International Airport, som betjänas av Delta Airlines och US Airways.

Well kept property, very clean; had all the items and utensils. Easy entry/checkin to condo, had a convenience items like coffee, garbage bags for easy first day, Clean pool, and chairs.

Great beachfront vacation

We had never been to this part of Florida but tacked it onto a Disney trip and loved it! The beach wasn't crowded AT ALL and it was July. The condo was spacious and very nicely updated, as pictured in listing. We liked having two access points to the balcony, one from the primary bedroom. Shopping and restaurants close by. Our kids (21 and 19) really enjoyed themselves as well. Thanks for the great stay!

Exactly what we were looking for

We enjoyed our stay & loved how close we were to the beach and the pool! There was everything you needed for cooking we were very impressed with the utensils and amount of pots etc. available. Plenty of space for all 5 of us to be spread out. Lots of extra towels and sheets were also very nice! We loved watching the sunrise from the balcony and dolphins searching for their breakfast. Overall great place to unwind and relax with the family.

Beautiful unit!

This was my 4th time staying at Indian Harbour Beach Club and as always it was the perfect vacation! This was the first time staying in this particular unit and it too was an awesome experience. Everything I needed was available, clean, and in great shape. The decor is beautiful and the views .. to die for! I saw multiple space launches which was just an added bonus. Great condo with great views and amenities. And the management (Cindy and team) were as wonderful to work with as always. I'll be back for sure!

Spacious beachfront apartment

Overall great experience. The building is right in front of the beach, very easy access. Private beach, good size and clean pool. The apartment was right on point for us. Spacious, clean and with everything needed to cook us meals. I would recomend this place

Wonderful trip!

The property was well maintained, the condo was clean and so beautifully decorated. We didn’t have a reason to contact the property manager during our visit but she was on site which was nice. The people in the area were so nice! The condo had everything we needed during our stay. I hope this unit is available next time we visit this area because it would definitely be my first choice!

Fantastic stay!!!

We took our family vacation here to visit friends. Flying for the first time it a 21 month old we had a lot Of things to bring. One reason we love this listing was because of all it had to offer that helped of things we did not/ could not fly with. As in beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels etc. the condo was clean, comfortable and very spacious. If we travel again we would book this place! Thank you again for the wonderful accommodations!

Great location!

Sunrises were perfect! Beach was nice and not crowded. The condo was clean and cozy. All in all a fantastic place to escape with the family for a week!

Dirty bedding

Upon arrival we discovered that the "cleaning staff" did not clean the master bedding (dried toothpaste), at least 1 bed in the kids room (wet lotion on pillow) and a folded throw blanket (booger). My guess is the other kids bed and the other throw blankets were also not laundered, they just didnt have a visable mess on them. The idea that the whole job of the cleaning staff is to clean and they dont do it is unacceptable. Everyone is charged a cleaning fee. Items should be clean. The fact that those individuals thought it was completely ok for us to sleep in blankets that somebody else slept in is absolutely ridiculous and discusting. I was assured this is ot the norm however I heard another guest talking about her bed being dirty as well. I was offered for the staff to come back in and wash the items, I declined as we don't want people coming after we have already "moved in", we washed them. The room furnishings were nice (a couple things were messed up like the rug and the leak in the shower and a broken electric candle (but that was fine with us). The location right on the beach was great.
