Summit Mountain Cabin near Asheville

The cabin is located in a secluded, gated community with well-maintained roads and is surrounded by nature with amazing Mountain Views! It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths each located on a different level of the home. So, whether you’re going away with other couples, friends, or your own kids, everybody has their own private space! Enjoy the peace of the Mountains by relaxing in the Hot Tub or cozying up to the indoor fireplace. The perfect place to unwind or for a romantic getaway!

There are beautiful mountain views from the lofted space, living and dining rooms.

Self check-in: Check yourself in with the keypad.

Bedroom 1: King Bed/ Bedroom 2: Queen Bed/ Bedroom 3: Queen Bed and Top Bunk Bed (Twin)/ Loft: Pull out sofa.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, Coffee Maker, Cooking Basics, dishware/flatware, cutting boards, no need to bring anything!

Dining Areas: Indoor dining area with 4 chairs and a bench. Outdoor picnic table on deck.

Entertainment: There are 5 TVs with Roku for your convenience. You'll also find plenty of ways for entertainment in including: Connect Four, Pacman Video arcade, darts, corn hole, Board games, and Pool Table.

Dedicated Workspace: A room with wifi that’s well-suited for working.

General: Central Air condition, electric heating, complimentary toiletries, linens/towels, in-unit washer/dryer, keyless entry, hair dryer, laundry detergent, trash bags/paper towels

There’s free WiFi, Furnished Deck, Hotbub, and Pool Table.

Outside: You have a semi-wrap around porch with grill and outdoor furniture. You also have a fire pit on the property (wood not provided). There is also a short walking trail with a hammock located on the property.

Unfortunately no pets allowed.

There are also multiple restaurants, breweries and vineyards within about a 30 minute drive.

You have access to the whole house. Both sheds are locked. Should you run out of propane for the grill there is a spare. Please let us know if you run out of propane!

There is plenty of room for cars. The parking space for the actual home is about 4 cars. There is even a spare driveway to park should you need it.

For our safety and yours we do have a Ring Doorbell Camera on our front door.

Trash - There is no trash service on the mountain. For your convenience there are two trash bins behind the shed along with recycling. If you were to fill those up we ask that you take it do the nearby trash/recycling center. Exit right out of the neighborhood. Once you come to the end of that road, take a right. The center is located on the next right.

Well and Septic- We wanted you to note that home is on a well and septic. We do ask that our guest be conscious of their water usage and ask they not put anything but toilet paper down the toilet.

While the Cabin is conveniently close to large cities and fun activities you are in the mountains. We encourage our guest to purchase groceries on their way there as a large grocery store is about 25-30 minutes away.

The backyard is extremely sloped. So please be aware of your children or anyone who has difficulty walking.
