Detta ��r en charmig stuga som ligger på den vackra Long Lake. Bella Soleil har utsikt över det glittrande klara vattnet i detta perfekta läge. Hemmet har 4 sovrum och 2 badrum. På en lugn sidogata, vetter mot nordväst - njut av solnedgången! 2 nivå hem med utkik källare. 9 sovplatser.

Huvudnivå sovrum har 1 drottning och 2 tvillingar. Nedervåningen sovrum har 2 våningssängar (4 Twins) och 1 Queen plus 1 Twin. Trevligt inredda hem har kabel-TV, DVD, WIFI, CD-spelare. Fullt kök med diskmaskin.

Huset ligger ovanför sjön så det finns 29 steg ner till vattnet. Sjön botten är sandig och perfekt för simning och båtliv. Utomhus har dock med paddla båt, eldstaden, kolgrill. Trevligt lugnt område gör detta till en bra semester. South Long Lake Forest Natural Area ligger tvärs över gatan för natursköna vandringar. Bara 10 minuter till centrala Traverse City. 30 minuter till Sleeping Bear Dunes. Mycket lätt bilresa till Interlochen Center for Arts and Frog Pond Village också!

Long Lake Get Away

Great property on Long Lake. Excellent space on waters edge for lounging and going for a swim. Very nice dock for evening sunset views. Cottage was very accommodating for the entire family and grandkids.

Long Lake Cottage

We had a great visit to Long Lake. The cottage had great lake frontage with a dock and we loved the sunroom off the back of the house. The space worked well for 3 adults and 5 kids. The house is definitely dated and does have a bit of a musty smell especially downstairs, but it worked well for us and gave us the good location and beautiful sunsets.

Nice stay, but…

No internet. Book says “no internet” is not an emergency and to call to leave a voicemail. I called and left a voicemail. Never heard from anyone and the internet was never fixed. Steps down to the lake were very steep and hadn’t been swept in weeks making them very dangerous. There was a broken window in the sunroom/dining area. Overall we still had a great time. Pretty obvious that not much detail is paid to cleaning. It wasn’t bad, just wasn’t good. Not a fan of zero contact when I notify there’s a problem though. Not hard to check and follow up on requested voicemail.

For hunters only?

Musty smell upon entering, burned out light bulbs, clocks not set, no hairdryer downstairs, coffee maker backs up, dcon motels in basement not a good sign, not cozy, felt institutional, dated furnishings, floor and low ceilings, shower door doesn't close.

Great short getaway!

great Lake cottage

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My brother and his wife from Colorado joined my husband and I for a vacation to experience the Traverse City area. We wanted to enjoy the scenery (especially the lakes), hike, rock hunt, explore all the small towns, and visit wineries and breweries. This cottage was a great location for that. The lake front location, dock with stairs into the water, and chairs was great for just enjoying Long Lake and sunsets. We enjoyed sitting on the "porch" eating dinner and playing games at the table at night and talking on the comfy couches in the mornings. Honestly, we lived in this room! The downstairs also has an amazing outdoor space, covered from the rain with equally comfy furniture. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils we needed, although a few more "normal" size coffee mugs would have been nice. We used the charcoal grill one night and that was great to have!We bought firewood, but unfortunately didn't get to use the great fire pit since the weather didn't cooperate.Bathrooms were clean and nice and we had plenty of towels and toilet paper to get us through the week. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer.My only complaint was the very uncomfortable beds. Both queens were saggy and I felt like I was going to roll to the middle. It would have been nice to get a good night's sleep on vacation.All in all though, it was a great week and I would rent the cottage again.

Great location and very relaxing!

Lamps broken, bathroom towel bars and hooks broken, dish washer falling apart, cigarette butts all over outside. The location made up for it and we cleaned up the first day and fixed the dishwasher and moved on. Still worth the money.

Weekend soccer tournament

We stayed in Traverse City for a soccer tournament. This house was great for what we needed. Plenty of rooms/beds, comfortable, great view! Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook just be aware there is nothing extra such as salt/pepper, only one paper towel roll, one roll of toilet paper, one garbage bag. So you will need to bring extras for your stay. But that wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall we would stay here again

I believe you need to fire your cleaning company. The kitchen floor was not clean, the refrigerator was filthy and the cobwebs on the entrance door looks like they haven't been cleaned off in a while. Some bath towels left for us had strings hanging down on them. MOST important the showers required slip free stickers applied to the floor. We were slipping all over the shower. Very dangerous.

Not for anyone with mobility issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the property was right in the water with a beautiful view, accessing it is pretty difficult. There are many stairs and tree roots and other issues leading to them which could easily result in a terrible fall. The house itself was large but could definitely use updating for the $2,000 we paid for three nights. The beds are very uncomfortable as were the pillows. I’m very disappointed and wish I had spent my $2,000 on another property.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage is in a great location but needs some TLC.The cottage did not look/smell very clean. It was musty. The dock had already been removed for winter despite it being 80/sunny. We were not able to access the lake as planned. The trees are overgrown and block the view of the lake. Pillows were flat and hard. The sun porch was nice and relaxing. Overall, this cottage is decent but not great and is overpriced

Lovely Long Lake

This was our first time renting through VRBO and a property manager. We were nervous about the check in process, but it the end it was no big deal. This rental was very clean, in a great location right on Long Lake, and close to TC. There are several steps down to the water, there isn’t a beach, but there is a dock. In the listing picture it shows a row boat that was no where to be seen. The reason for 4 stars was because the bed in the main bedroom was VERY uncomfortable. It really needs a new one. We would stay here again.

Memorial weekend stay

Everything went well the broken window that was there made for a bit chilly room there was another broken window out on the porch which we did not notice till Saturday because of the chill weather and time commitments couple lights out here and there overall we thought it was great
