Enjoy city views from the shared rooftop deck, complete with relaxing hot tubs for all guests to enjoy. This condo offers all the essentials for comfortable living and is just a short drive from downtown Traverse City and the renowned wineries on Old Mission Peninsula. Embrace the perfect blend of style and convenience in your vacation spot.

The Space:
This condo is located on the first floor but there are stairs or a conveniently located elevator if you want to explore the rooftop.

Step inside to an open concept brand new build condo that is sure to suit your needs during your stay. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a high top table to enjoy your home cooked meals. Enjoy natural light throughout the entire space but feel free to close the blinds for more privacy. There is a smart TV in the living room as well as a pullout sofa. The bedroom holds a comfortable king sized bed, a desk, and a smart TV for your use.

*There is no cable, you will need to use your own personal login for any streaming services that you like and don't forget to sign out prior to your departure*

Located on the rooftop are four brand new hot tubs, up and ready to use. Be mindful that these hot tubs are for enjoyment by anyone staying in the entire building. We look forward to your stay!

*There is one assigned parking spot per unit. The space number and unit number match.*

***Please be aware there is still some construction being done on this building. They are wrapping up and should not disturb your stay in anyway***

Aside from a parking mixup the first day which was quickly mitigated everything was great. Could use a cereal bowl or two but the margarita glasses worked in a pinch!

Nice apartment, questionable area.

Was clean and nice. Roof Hottub was great. Felt like there was no one else moved into building. Still very new and the neighboring apartment had people in the parking lot all night. Not a bad stay but I wouldn’t stay here again with neighboring riff raff and the emptiness of the building with construction workers in and out all day.
