Family vacation

Nice house in line with the pictures provided. Only difference is that the nice lush backyard has received some landscaping and isn’t as secluded as before. Our family had a really nice stay with the location and the pool being the best things with the house. Would rent again.

Check-in was quick and simple. When we arrived, the house was tidy. Every piece of equipment and utensil required was in the kitchen. During our stay, there were a few minor problems, but Denise responded quickly and effectively, offering a solution.

This house was perfect for our stay. Kitchen was fully equipped, open concept living which was great. The pool table was icing on the cake! Backyard had a beautiful pool. Even the neighbor was nice! Location was great - quiet block but close to everything. The park right next to the house was beautiful - we walked it every morning. We will definitely book again on our next visit.

Great house in a great location

Just finished a 3 week stay and overall we really enjoyed the property. The house layout is nice with large living spaces and nice size bedrooms. A double car port gives you two great spots with a door directly to the kitchen/laundry, plus you could likely fit another 2 cars on the driveway if needed. The temperature controlled pool and covered patio was fantastic! I think my kids swam in it every day! Neighborhood is really nice, quiet, and an easy walk to quite a few things. Taco Labs just a few minutes walk makes some great unique tacos. It would have been 5 star other than the house just needing a little more care. The host is attentive and quick to respond though. The air conditioning was struggling upon our first couple days and the host had a tech come out quickly, and had a whole new system installed, although we had no air condition for 10 hours that day. System worked great afterwards! Some of the cabinet doors were loose, a/c filter was dirty, most windows lacked screens, and other little items like that. For those bringing pets, the front left fence has a pretty large gap under it and the front right fence is a short picket style fence of maybe only 2.5-3 feet tall with fairly large gaps. And sadly the nearby park and walking paths are no pets allowed at all times.I would definitely stay here again!

Great place even for older kids!

We came down to celebrate our son’s 21st bday and have rented this house before. His friends loved the pool table and pool! There was enough space for the kids to crash when they had too much! The dining room table was huge. We played some great games on it! Would definitely use it again when back in town.

Functional but mediocre

House was clean. But master bed broke first day and wasn’t completely fixed until the last night. Master toilet needed to be repaired the last day after never functioning properly. Overall the house met our basic needs and pool was nice. But neighborhood was much more downscale than represented and really not walking distance to anything

Neglected Property

Neglected property! Black mold, mildew, wood rot, and grime, inside and outside. No coffee, toiletries, laundry detergent or basic items. I stayed one night it was so bad! Photos are not accurate! No excuse and should not be listed with VRBO!

Spacious

This house was perfect for my stay. Very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The location was very convenient to Starbucks (5 minute walk), grocery store and great restaurants. The pool table was a bonus. Easy check in, and easy instruction on departure.

Great Location in East Boca Raton

This property worked well for our 10-day stay. The bedrooms and baths all had sufficient storage space. The house allowed plenty of room to spread out. The pool was clean and well maintained (the pool man made his regular rounds twice during our stay) and the pool table was an unexpected bonus. We were practically next door to a Publix and most activities that we wanted to do were less than 20 minutes away. The kitchen could use some pantry space but provided everything we needed. We would consider staying here again.

Great for moving kid into college

We really liked having a house to stage everything to move our kiddo into his school apartment. The house had plenty of space and our kiddo definitely loved the pool table! The house was on a quiet cul de sac. It was easy to get to the places we needed and it was super close to a market and of course Starbucks! I would stay there again!

Easy & safe space for college Move-in

Loved the many floor to ceiling windows that looked out at nature!! Liked the Central location, the private street & cobered carport--perfect since we had 2 SUVs loaded with valuables for the dorm. The lovely, clean & ultra-private swimming pool was ideal, a great alternative to beach days given the heatwave. Plus my husband & son enjoyed gaming-it-up at the pool table! Great open spaces & huge dining table. Decorations & furnishings are not high quality but are functional & look nice enough--the beds were comfortable. We were happy our dog could be with us all week.

Nice and easy

My family and I come to Boca every year to visit family and shop. This home was particularly nice because it was so close to everything you need. The house was clean and comfortable and was equipped with all necessities. It was also located in a quiet area. Gino responded as soon as you needed and was very accommodating. Great stay.

Great location, lovely home

We had a great stay! The location of the house was perfect. Super close to a beautiful park with boardwalks, near Milner park, close to shopping and restaurants. The inside of the house was ver clean with everything we needed. The pool was great too. The outside of the home could use a little TLC, but a grounds crew arrived the day we left. Inconsistent response to messages to property manager, but he was very kind and helpful at check in. We hope to come back and would definitely stay here again!

House of the flies!

The house was FULL of flies!! It was completely disgusting. It took us the entirety of our 5 day stay to get rid of them with raid. It ruined our stay. Another very bad experience was the bathrooms. Both, particularly the 2nd bathroom, were in pretty poor condition as related to drains - those were disgusting in the sinks and showers/bath. While the furniture and appliances were nice and in good order, a complete lack of attention to detail existed when it came to cleanliness (flies say it all) and upkeep/maintenance. One of the shower levers was so corroded, I had to get maintenance out to get it to work. Still never worked properly and shower leaked whole time. Outside pool area could have been nice had it been maintained. Pool dirty, pool skimmer old, dirty and thrown to side of property. Deck chairs full of dust and debris. No one is looking after this property properly, and the result is we felt very uncomfortable there for 5 days, and couldn't enjoy the property.

Amazing Experience

The property is located within walking distance of all ammenities, beach, boardwalk, parks...incredible location. The house was immaculate with a private oasis in the backyard to enjoy bbq's and pool time. Denise was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. 5 stars and I will definitely be back

Boca Perfect

Totally enjoyed 6 weeks of great weather. The house was large and comfortable in a great location within walking distance to stores, restaurants and Meisner park. The beach is a short drive. The backyard provided privacy due to the house’s location. It was clean, with everything needed for a long getaway. The kitchen appliances and utensils were in good condition including the pots and pans (not always the case with vacation rentals), as was the bbq grill. The heated pool was a delight and much enjoyed as was the billiards table in the living room. Especially important is the manager who takes care of the house and Gino was always available and made sure that any issues that occurred were addressed and corrected immediately.
