Start your adventure with the whole family at this NEWLY UPDATED three bedroom, two bath, first floor condo in Deer Park Resort. A short walk to the beautiful lake with beach, tennis courts, gym, indoor swimming pool, hot tub, game room, great room and more. Centrally located to all the White Mountains have to offer - 5 minute drive to Loon Mountain, 15 minute drive to Cannon Mountain, hiking trails, nearby zip line adventure park, and outlet shopping.
The space
NEWLY UPDATED bright and open single-floor unit that opens onto a private patio.
LIVING AREA: 65" Samsung Smart TV, wood fireplace (free wood right outside the front door), board games and books, and a comfy couch large enough for the whole family.
KITCHEN: Fully-equipped kitchen includes Keurig coffee pot, toaster, crock-pot, dishes and drink ware.
LAUNDRY: Free washer and dryer in the unit.
BEDROOM 1: Master bedroom with a NEW queen bed, dresser, two closets, Samsung Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom.
BEDROOM 2: NEW full bed, dresser, closet and Samsung Smart TV.
BEDROOM 3: NEW offset twin bunk bed sleeps 4 comfortable.
PARKING: Free parking right outside the unit.
GENERAL: Includes linens, towels, and beach towels.
DEER PARK RESORT AMENITIES: 5-acre river fed lake with sandy beach, grills, playground, NEWLY RENOVATED indoor swimming pool and hot tub, tennis, pickleball and handball courts, game room, picnic tables by the Pemigewasset River and much MORE!

PETS: Pets will be considered on an individual basis. All pets must be house trained, get along well with other dogs (there are many in the community) and be kept on a leash at all times while in the community.
